Waiting for You

Draco had moved him self in front of me, one arm around me and the other producing light from his wand so we could see. I had my wand ready, the perfect curse awaiting to be said and done. We walked faster. Over atime we heard a voice. Not a smooth voice or human like, the voice was deadly and had a ring to it that told most people to stay away. "Audrey...you're finally....here." I stopped, holding Draco back holding on to the back of his shirt and breathing slowly. He turned around putting his arms around me, cocooning me away from the dark. "We can turn back...if you want." He whispered lifting my chin so I would see him. Worry was all I saw in his eyes. "I'm ok. Are you ok, Draco?"

"Yeah. You can do this Audrey."

He kissed my forehead mad turned around as my cheeks turned a pinkish color. Feeling energized and confident I called out, "Tom!!! Where are you?" Draco readied him self behind me. I held his hand so I wouldn't run away. I really want to be here and at the same time I don't. "AUDREY!!!!"

The screeching voice from all those times, screamed in my ear. "Tom!! Come out! We won't hurt you. I just need to know that you're ok." Draco squeezed my hand and assured me that everything was going well. I looked at the forest surrounding me. Draco began poking me with the back of his wand. "What's wrong?"

"Go back to the castle."

"Draco I have to do this I'm not going to just quit like this. I'm so close."

"Close to death! Go!" Draco shouted whispered. He and I turned around at the same time. He pulled me into a hug. This, is what I needed. "Don't turn all Malfoy when we get back, I like this." I motioned to him as I removed my arms from around his neck. He laughed, he sowed his teeth for only a second and planted another kiss on my cheek. "Don't get hurt. And don't die."

"Go Audrey!"

"Ok, ok, ok!" I used my wand light to guide me threw the forest and I eventually reached the edge. "Wait. Why did I listen to him?" I questioned myself. Oh yeah. He kissed me. "Stupid!"

"Audrey! What in ter bloody mongoose are ya doin out here in ter bloody middle of ter night?"

Hagrid boomed from above me. I sigh and say, "I was looking for my ring. Lost it while playing Quidditch. Look! I found it! Sorry to bother you Hagrid. Goodnight now." I ran to the Quidditch field leaving Hagrid mumbling curse words. I stopped at one green and silver standing bleacher and went up the stairs. At the top, I stood on the seat to peer at the forest. Darn it!! I fled down the stairs and back into the forest.

"Draco!" I called out.

"A-Audrey!" Draco yelled back. I ran to the sound of his voice and finally found him laying on the ground. "Draco?!" I whispered as I fell to my knees beside him. He was shaking violently and hurting himself more than he should. "Draco wake up!" I lightly smacked him on his cheek a couple of times. That didn't work.

"Remder lamosa." I whispered over him with my wand. He stopped flinging him arms and now was moaning and shaking. "Come on! Please stop!" I cried holding him now, on my lap. "Audrey...you're mine...now."

My heart beat harder and felt like at any moment it could pop out of .mt chest.

"Draco please!"
