Hi.

I know I said I would cut the hopeless romantic side of me but I've kept this in waaaaaay too long. If it helps...there's a rabbit named Charlie in this chapter! Hahahaha I love that guy. Enjoy the story as much as you humanly can!

A month went by and I'm pretty sure that my brain is about to explode from having too much knowledge. I'm getting bored of talking to teachers and Madame Mooch when she teaches me how to fly or to fling buldgers away. She's impressed. I told her I'm not interested.

I've gotten plenty of letters from Ron and Hermione. A few from Harry saying he was sorry that he'd found someone else. I respect that he told me the truth instead of leading me on. I cried once. Maybe of relief? I felt as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

"Audrey! Time fer yer lesson with ter animals." Hagrid's booming voice says behind my door. "I'll be out in a minute!" I say pushing the covers off and slinging my legs over the side of my bed. Snape says that I can wear muggle clothes since they are a part of who I am. That was the nicest thing he has ever told me. I slip on my jean shorts, my all stars, and a laced white shirt. I put my blonde hair in a loose bun. I grab my wand and a book that Hagrid wanted me to read so I knew what I was dealing with. I open the door and go down the steps. I pull the lever and the wall opens and Hagrid's brown eyes meet mine. I smile. "Ready ter go?"

"Definitely." He leads me to a classroom that used to be an old potions classroom. "Set yer stuff down there," he says pointing to a desk. I place my book on one of the desks and put my wand beside it and look up to see Hagrid messing with a cage. "Who's the little critter today?" I ask, smiling curiusly. "It's a little bunny rabbit. If you pet it, yer biggest desires will come true." Hagrid moved away so I could get a glance. "It's name is Charlie...he's what ya call a 'black sheep' of ter family."

"Why's that?" I ask incredibly. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it.

"Charlie can't make yer desires come true. I know that 'cause ter man I got 'em from says he don't do nuthin." I smile at him. "So what are we doing with him?"

"We're gonna use him as an experiemnt and then you can keep 'em."

"Really Hagrid? Thank you so much!" I gleam and he smiles, his beady brown eyes brightening. He handed me intrustions I had studied last night for. I had decided that I wanted to become a vet. And maybe a healer. So when my friends are in trouble I can heal them instead of watching them bleed to death and sit there unuseful. Hagrid sat on the floor watching me procede with the expirement. I fixed his scrapes and cuts on his paws and treated him for fleas and orcas (a type of tick that tends to litterally suck the hosts eyes out). Hagrid claps so loudly that I cover my ears from his direction. "Well done, Audrey! Well done!" He says sitting up and shuffling up to shake my hand. "You may keep ter rabbit, and it's trained ter be a guard rabbit. Taught 'em myself." He smiles proudly.

"That's actually quite impressive! How'd you do it?" Oh gosh. That accent is going to get the best of me before school starts back up. "Well I can't tell anyone! I have to get going. Bye now." He says blushing. He walks out of the room and shuts the door loudly. Sometimes that man doesn't know his strength. I giggle and turn to the rabbit's cage. He's gone. "Charlie?" I get on my knees and look inder the table. Nope. I stand up looking around. "BOO!" A deep voice says. I scream and run out of the room and down the stairs. I run into something hard and fall to the ground plates crashing onto the floor. I look up. "Draco?! Where have you-"

Draco hurriedly got to his knees and kissed me. I completely forgot what I was going to say after he pulled away. All I could do was smile. "You're ok." He whispered. Tears blurred my vision as I was pulled into a hug. I wrap my arms tightly around him, as if I were to ever let go, he'd disappear completely. I could feel his tears stain through my shirt as I buried my face into the crook of his neck.
