4 months later

"Okay fine. I'll go out with you." She said with a giggle.

"Thank you, my love. I'll pick you up at 19:00 and wear something comfortable." With that, Clayton gave her a peck on the forehead and left the school's library, smiling that his girl had said yes.

Yes, four months went by and there she still heard nothing from Nate. He had literally forgotten about her. She kept texting him everyday for the past past two months but eventually gave up. She was not going to waste her time on a friendship that was only one sided.

She couldn't wipe the smile off her face. For the past four months Clayton would not stop bugging her. He constantly sent flowers to her house every morning and whenever him and Charlie came to visit, he would always be discrete when he would touch her. Slowly she began to take a liking to him.

She pulled her hoodie over her head as soon as she stepped out of those doors. She stuffed her hands in her pocket and began the tiring journey home.

She sometimes wondered whether Charlie knew about Clayton being in love with her. Boy, if he found he found out he would punch him, question him, kick him then question him some more. But that's nothing compared to what her brother, Drew would do.

Drew :p :
>> Sup baby doll. Make sure that you are at home this weekend I want to take you out.

Zayna :) :
Okay sure. Just make sure it's better than the last place you took me.

She unlocked the door and was greeted by a deliouse scent coming from the kitchen. She placed her bag down at the dining room table and walked towards the smell.

" Hola Mamá." She greeted in Spanish.

"Hola Zayna." Her mom wiped her hands on the dish cloth, giving her daughter a kiss on the cheek.

"Mommy, can I go out tonight?" She asked while taking out a bottle of water from the fridge.

"Out? With who?" Her mom asked, raising a questioning eyebrow.

"You know Charlie's friend, Clayton, he asked me out today."

"Really?! That's great but I still want to meet him." Her mom said sternly.

"Thanks Mom." She went and gave her mom a huge hug and marched upstairs to do her homework.

Playing the song, We don't talk anymore by Charlie Puth ft. Selena Gomez she began with her Physics homework and thought about her date with Clayton tonight.

She was just fixing her lip gloss when the door bell ran. She gave herself on final look in the mirror, adjusting her glasses, and with a satisfied smile she walked to the living room.

She wore her black ripped skinny jeans, a white tank top with her denim jacked and her white high top all stars. Her hair was let out to dry naturally leaving it in curls.

"Oh here she is." Announced her mother when she stepped into the living room.

She immediately locked eyes with Clayton the moment she looked up. "Whoa." She heard him breath out.

He walked over to her and gave her a small kiss on her temple. "You look beautiful as always." He whispered in her ear, giving her another kiss behind her ear, making her gasp.
