Gonna miss ya

2 Weeks later
Lando and I were sitting on the couch and watched the notebook (german title: Wie ein einziger Tag). He had his arm laid around my shoulder while I was resting my head on his chest and ate popcorn.
"Oh man how can you girls watch something like this." he chuckled.
"Be.because they're beautiful." I sobbed because the movie made me so emotional.
"Well if you think so. I'm going to grab some food since it's 8 pm. Any special orders.?" he asked me while he got up.
"No just something eatable." I said, my mind focused on the movie.
"Okay love you Kate." he waved.
"Love you too and be quick please." I said, he chuckled and walked out of the door. After 10 minutes he came back with a bag from taco bell and sat down beside me again.
"Your food my lady." he said and cause the movie already ended I could focus on my food only.
After a while I looked at him again and noticed that he looked sad... something was bothering him.
"Are you okay honey?" I asked him worriedly.
"Well...Look Katy I have to tell you something... please promise me you won't be mad at me okay?" he said looking at his hands. My heart started to beat faster. What if he chea... no Katy, he wouldn't do something like that he isn't like that.
"Yeah." I answered his question.
"I..I have to go to Shanghai tomorrow to film a movie. I know I should have told you earlier but I didn't wanted to upset you." he said and I saw the guilt in his eyes.
"Oh" was all I could say before I jumped into his arms.
"I don't want you to leave me." I said while silent tears made their way to run down my cheeks.
"How long." I asked him scared of the answer.
"One month" he whispered and I could tell that he was fighting against the tears too.
"It's okay Lando. I'm not mad at you. We can get through this...togehter. But promise me you'll call me everyday. Okay."I sobbed into his shirt.
"Yeah of course. I love you so so so so much." he rocked my in his arms.
"I love you too so so so so much." I said while he wiped my tears away.
After we cuddled a while I stood up and walked upstairs to our bedroom.
I got myself ready for bed and took my book that I was reading at that time. Then I putted my reading glasses on and tried to concentrate on the book but I just couldn't. I was thinking about that fact, that Lando was going to be away from me for a whole month...on the other side of the planet. A silent tear rolled down my cheek and a few more followed it. I was just sitting there crying but not making any noises so Lando wouldn't notice. But just then he walked into the door. At first he didn't seem to notice but then I saw that he was making his way towards me and his expression was guilty.
"Come here." he said sitting on the bed and mentioned me to sit on his lap. I crawled to him and sat down. He took my glasses off,wrapped his muscular arms around my shaking body and rocked me like he would always do when he tried to comfort me.
"Shh Katy please don't cry." he whispered and kissed my temple.
"I'm going to miss you so bad." I sobbed into his shirt like earlier.
"Me too. But I love you and it's just a month and then we're gonna see each other again." he said trying to calm me down.
"I'm sorry for being such a crybaby" I said with a sad smile on my lips while I looked into his eyes.
"You're not." he said and stroked my cheek. Then he kissed my lips and I deepened it. After a little while I pulled back and hugged him again.
"Cuddle?" he asked me in a cute voice.
"Yeah" I said and laid back down. He laid beside me and pulled me to his chest. We just looked into our eyes and enjoyed each others company.
"I love you Katy. Words can't even describe my love for you. We're gonna make it work. Don't be scared we can do this." he said and kissed my lips again.
"I love you too." I said and laid my head into the crook of his shoulder and dozed off.

The next morning.
"Katy?" I heard Lando whisper into my ear.
"Mhh?" I groaned.
" I have to at the airport in 30 minutes. Do you wanna come with me to say goodbye? I mean you don't have to but if you want?" he said while packed the last things into his suitcase.
"Yeah I'm going to come with you." I said and stood up to go into the bathroom. I quickly got ready and walked downstairs. Lando was already waiting for me with his suitcase. He packed it into the car and together we got into the car too. Suddenly he grabbed my hand and he was holding it the whole time we drove to the airport. As we arrived there we climbed out of the car, Lando grabbed his luggage and we walked into the airport. He gave up his suitcase and came back to me and hugged me. I fought against the tears again. He pulled back to look into my eyes and then he kissed me passionately. At this point we didn't care that there were people watching. It was just us... this was our moment and nobody else's.
"I'm going to miss you so much kitten." he said after he broke our kiss.
"I'm going to miss you so much too." I said and kissed his cheek.
"Don't forget to call me okay?" I asked him sadly.
"I won't. Pinky promise?" he said cutely.
"Yeah pinky promise." I returned and we hooked our pinky fingers.
"I love you" he said.
"I love you too." I said before he kissed my forehead and walked to his gate. I walked back to the car and drove back home. When I arrived I sat down on my couch and watched a litte tv. Suddenly nugget jumped onto the couch so I cuddled with him until I fell asleep.

In the evening
I woke up because me phone was ringing. It said that "honey<3" was calling. I quickly answered the call.
"Hey." I said happily.
"Hi baby. I just wanted to tell you, that I arrived save and that I'm now in my hotel." he said on the other line.
"Thank god. How is the weather?" I asked him curiously.
"It's a little cold but sunny. Now I'm going to let you sleep you sound tired." he said.
"Ok bye honey. I love and miss you so much." I said sadly.
"I love and miss you so much too. Sleep well.bye."
"Bye" I said again and hung up. He was right I was tired so I took nugget walked upstairs and cuddled with him in the bed since Lando isn't here.
I already miss him. His goodnight kisses and his good morning kisses his kisses in general. The way he always makes me smile and he says that I'm beautiful until I believe him. His familiar sent and his cuddly hugs. And the way he sings unconditionally when I'm feeling bad. I just miss everything about him. It's the first time I experience true love. That someone loves me with his whole heart. But I know that I'm gonna see him soon. And I'm gonna be strong until he is back.
