It was like the same riot they held last time........

"We will not be turned away!" Shouted the woman, who was standing on top of her wooden box, as a bunch of people stood around her, shouting and raising wooden signs.

"Our love is our right!!" She continued, looking down at the crowd.

"I'm sick of having my ass kicked for holding my girlfriend's hand!" One woman cried.

"I'm done with being called a 'fag' for putting my arm around my boyfriend!" Another young man shouted.

"I'm done with being called a dyke!"

"We refuse to be turned away!"

"Give us our rights back!"

"I'm done!"

"We will not be treated like we are unequal! We will not be told to stay out of schools or work just because we are gay! Lesbians! Bisexual! Transgender! All of us! We won't be turned away! Down with the name calling! Down with the public shaming!!" The woman continued.

"We will march our happy asses to the White House if we have to!"

"Yeah!" The crowd shouted.

"John Greedman will do whatever it takes to get people like us out of his sight! Let's show him we will stick around for however long it takes for him to repeal his stupid laws against love!" She shouted one last time. The crowd continued cheering, until a whole bunch of police cars rolled up, as officers quickly hopped out of the cars, rushing towards the crowd, guns aimed. It was just like last time.........people were being hit with batons, being punched and bruised, until they were sprayed with water and chemicals. The officers rounded up as many people as they could, some of the activists fleeing the scene of the mess. Others stood, not ready to give up the fight. After police rounded up as many people as possible, the cars drove off to the police station. Luckily, all of them were released and allowed to rejoice with their partners.

Isabella looked out of her car window, as she continued driving down the city streets, looking up at the signs and flashing billboards. She kept driving, excited to get home to her girlfriend, Ariel. She was also currently listening to a radio show, as she usually did. The song finally faded out, as the male announcer spoke.

"Ah, that was Metallica with their song "The Memory Remains." It's time for our morning show news with, none other than, Becky!"

"Okay, you don't have to announce it like that."

"Hey, don't I have the right to be excited?"

"Okay, sure." She laughed, as she adjusted her mic, as a short little "intro" played. Isabella turned her radio up when she overheard the first news story.

"Uh, a recent protest near Grenardo's Flowers and Lake Bronco, caused over 2,400 men and women to be arrested, after their non-violent protest caused the owner of the flower shop, Thomas Ryder, to call the police, saying he didn't like what they were protesting about, which was concerning Gay and Lesbian rights. After 2016 presidential candidate, John Greedman, was put into office, he began putting laws in place that segregating buildings and public places, not allowing anyone from the Middle East or other foreign countries into America no matter what the circumstances, putting a ban on all PDA for those who were Gay, Lesbians, or Bisexual, not allowing transgender men or women into public places either, completely allowing abuse at the hands of those who hated those who were Gay, allowing unruly treatment to those who were gay, allowing medical practitioners to prescribe unnecessary drugs or unnecessary means of medical treatment for those who were gay stating it would "cure them of their confusion of their sexuality" and also allowing rape and cruel treatment to men, women AND children. Luckily, all 2,400 activists were released yesterday afternoon, after criminal charges were dropped. Uh, John Greedman has stated that if any other incidents occurred, that he would "come down there himself to personally handle the situation." He has also said, quote,
