The Rising Champion

chapter 4

    It was around 1:30, clients were starting to show up. Olivia and i stayed out of the way and just sat in the stands watching the 3ft hunters schooling trips, while we did school and ate our lunch. We were going to hand walk then once we were done with school.

    We finally were done at 3pm, I checked my phone and I had a couple of text 2 from my mom, 1 from my dad, 1 from Steve, and 1 from Melissa (one of our friends that's showing to!)
I opened the texts from my mom

Mom: I hope everything is going good, text me if you need anything and call me tonight or whenever you have time!
Mom: also don't forget to call your dad he wishes he could be there but unfortunately he has to be away on business and I would love to be there to but I have to hold down the fort on your sisters!
I texted back
Me: " everything is going good, Sampson is settling in okay about to hand walk him then school later tonight, and i will call both of you tonight when we check into the hotel! Luv u❤

Next I opened my dads text
Dad: hi hunny I miss you sorry I couldn't be there for you❤
I answered me: I'll call you tonight and if you weren't working so hard none of this would be possible luv u😘

Now I opened Steve's text
Steve: "hey I just got here where r u?
I said " abt to come back to stalls to hand walk, wanna walk with us?"

Then last I opened Melissa text
Melissa: "hey I'll be there in abt 10mins" I said "okey we'll wait to hand walk them until you get here!"

   When I was done answering my texts we got up and walked back to our stalls. Everyone was sitting at the table in front of our stalls we said hi then got our horses to go hand walk them! All 5 of us (Melissa, Joe, Steve, Olivia and I)  walked our horses around the huge show grounds for about an hour or so then we took them back to eat dinner and so we could go check into our hotel, and get dinner before our 11:30pm schooling slot :/ but hey that was indoors for yeha late night schooling and early morning schooling. We all got on pur scooters and went to the hotel where we were staying it was about 5mins away from the show it was a Marriott hotel, our parents already booked our rooms so we just had to get our keys, we were staying in a suit so it was a big room with separate bedrooms and bathrooms since the guys were staying with us!

    After we settled in and semi unpacked we all met in the "living room" to decide where we wanted to eat we finally agreed on Chipotle which was right across the street so we just walked over.

  After we ate it was around 6 so we had time to kill so we decided to work out in the hotels gym then go for a swim! So I got into my workout clothes and so did everyone else. I started on the treadmill, I ran 2miles then just did some ab work outs nothing to hard because I didn't want to be sore tomorrow since I had to be on my A game since I showed and so did everyone else! After that we all put our bathing suits on and sat in the hot tub and went in the pool for 3 hours! It was now 10 and we had an hour and a half til we had to be on and in the schooling ring which men at we needed to leave here in an hour so we all went back to our room to shower and get changed!

   I got in the shower with the hot water I rinsed off then shampooed and conditioned my hair and scrubbed my body! I got out of the shower and wrapped a big fluffy towel around me  and one around my hair. I walked out of the bathroom so Olivia could shower quickly before we had to leave! I pulled on a pair of tan tailored sportsman's and a white long sleeved shirt, I quickly trued to blow dry my hair so I wasn't cold then  put my team jacket on by then everyone was ready to leave and it was 11:02pm so we hurried over to the horse show!
