Chapter Three: A Visit From Queen Dirt Face

Calypso

Leo has been busy for some time now. He probably doesn't notice the time, well that's unfortunate, it's hard to tell the time here in Ogygia. But I keep track on when the sun rises and when the sun sets so I know he hasn't eaten and slept in two days and with the job his doing with the piece of bronze he probably hasn't been able to take a bath, and to change clothes. Earlier this morning I took a peek at his past with my magic and seeing what he used to wear, I made another version of it and I added a little more magic to make it fireproof, just in case, he wouldn't burn his clothes every time he works and so I don't have to make him new pieces of clothes everyday and he wouldn't always smell horrible and the clothes also prevents itself to get dirty and should he become less scrawny the clothes will adjust. And now, I am on my way to give him his clothing and food. I set out to his camp.

"Take a break, you hadn't eaten in two days and you smell horrible."

He probably wasn't expecting me.

"Bronze bulls Cal! Didn't I tell you not to sneak up on me like that!"

"Well, I wasn't sneaking up on you. You were just too busy with that, that you didn't notice me until I said something."

I gave him his food and clothes. Receiving a thank you from him.

He looked more closely at the clothes.

"Hey! Is this. . . How'd you know?!"

"I do have some magic in me." I said, "Oh, and those are fireproof, it doesn't get dirty and should you become less scrawny, it would adjust."

"Gee, thanks."

At that same moment, the shirt he was wearing, burst into flames. He took off his shirt and threw it down in frustration. I glanced at his bare chest. His stomach was flat, with a few scars, here and there, he doesn't have the body of the men in Greece but he isn't completely hopeless.

He saw me looking at his chest and I tried hard then not to blush.

"You aren't completely hopeless.", I said with a smirk on my face.

"Well, nice to hear that, coming from you."

It was a good thing he didn't see my blushing face, it was hard to tell with the heat the flames were bringing. I thought a good comeback.

"Like I'd be interested."

"Ouch, Sunshine, that hurt.", he replied with mock hurt displayed in his face.

And we both laugh.

It's nice to be like this for a change, I wish he would stay here with me.

Wait. . .what?

What is happening to me? I think I am falling for this scrawny boy who make me really laugh.

Just then the earth in front of us moved and morphed in to the form.

Leo

The earth morphed into Gaea's form.

"Queen Dirt Face. Nice of you to stop by.", I said.

"I didn't come here for you, my boy. I came here for my grandchild. To offer her a choice."

"And what is that?", said Calypso.

"I came to tell you that you can kill this boy now, spill his blood on the earth and join me, I can free you of your prison. I can give you the demigod Percy, if you would still have him, he is yours, wether to kill or to love. Or would you just wait here forever, wait for the gods to set you free. And I don't think they are planning to do so, my dear."
