Chapter 3

Roberts p.o.v

Yesterday was amazing. I don't know how or why I fell for Liz but i did and i never want to get up. It feels like I've known her all my life and finally have the balls to take her on dates. She's so damn beautiful from every silly face to her serious ones. I can't stop thinking about her! The way she looks at me makes me feel like she's all i live for (in a good way)

L: Hey

R: hey beautiful

L: what are you doing tonight?

R: nothing why?

L: want to go to the skating rink with me?

R: I'd love too

L: Great! Come over for a little

R: ok I'm on my way princess

L: ok pretty boy

Lizzys p.o.v

I invited Robert over I couldn't stop thinking about him last night the way his dazzling green eye's look at me makes my heart melt. Knock, knock, knock! I heard faintly over my blaring speakers playing " Perfect" by ed sheeran on loop I ran down the stairs and open the door to see absolut perfection standing in front of me with a bouquet of roses. i grabbed them and smelt them then led him inside.

I grabbed a vase from under the counter "Who is it Lizzy?" my mom asked as she walked in the kitchen "oh hi, Lizzy would you like to introduce me to this young gentleman." she said looking at him and then at the roses as she leaned in to smell the roses. " mom this is on of our neighbor Candice oldest son Robert." i said and Robert wrapped his arms around my waist " are you guys dating?" she asked " yep sure are!" robert said with a smile and laid his head on mine " uh since when?" i said turning around to face him " since last night" he said looking at me "I'll let you two work that out. I'll be in the living room if you need me." she remarked as she left the room "come on weirdo" i said messing up his hair.

We sat up there till 9 talking. We lost track of time and eventually the skating rink closed "i know you haven't been here long but proms next Friday I was wondering if you'd go with me?" He asked holding out his hand "OF COURSE!!" i said throwing my arms around him causing us to fall to the floor. "Well than might want to go dress shopping princess" he said handing me a $100 gift card to some dress shop. " Awe thank you, I'll go tomorrow you're coming with me." I said looking at him with a smirk. He looked at me with a little regret but then smiled "Ok whatever makes you happy. Night babygirl see you tomorrow" he said as he left my room and shut the door

The next day
I woke up bright and early so I had enough time to get ready. I wanted to make sure I did my hair and makeup like I would at prom so it'd be like the real thing. I ran downstairs and got my shoes on then went to Roberts. Before I even got the chance to knock he opened the door "Shall we go?" he asked gesturing for me to grab his hand "yes we shall" i accepted his gesture. He walked me to the passenger side and opened the door for me "You're such a gentleman!" i said as he got in "only for you" he smiled then started the car.

We got to the mall he once again opened the door and held my hand as we walked in. "hey I'll be right back. I want to look at something." he said letting go of my hand walking into a jewelry store He better not buy me anything I thought to myself entering the dress shop. I got at least 14 dresses to tried on and went to the dressing room. Each dress was my size exactly. After trying the 13 of the dresses there was one left (at the top) i walked out and everyone in the stores eyes turned to me. Robert looked up and immediately his jaw dropped. I looked in the mirror and was instantly in love with it. It hugged all the right spots and in all the right ways. "this is the one!" i said with confidence looking in the mirror with my hands on my waist.

We paid for it and Robert pulled me to the Jewelry store and showed me a couple's king and queen ring set. "These are absolutely beautiful Robert!" i exclaimed "you can't buy me these. you literally just bought me the dress of my dreams now let's go!" i grabbed his hand and we left the store. He bought me dinner and then decided to go to the movies of course we saw the new spider man movie. When it was over we decided to call it a night. He parked his car and walked me to my house i gave him a goodnight kiss and went upstairs to my room.

I think i love robert I thought as i drifted to sleep.
