Chapter13

we drive up to his house and he helps me out, and we walk to his door and he opened it for me, he motioned me to sit down on his couch while he ran upstairs. I took a look around and his house was so big i sat infront of a big flat screen tv over a huge fire place, which did scare me a littlle, yeah i was afraid of fire places. He came back down in sweats and a black tank top with a first aid kit, he was muscular but not overly muscular but toned. I hope i wasnt staring, but if i was i had a good reason for it.

"See somthing you like?" He says teasingly and smirks at me

"Huh" I say trying not to seem too suprised.

"You were staring"  He says and sits next to me.

"i wasn't" I say gingerly.

"It's okay if you dont want to admit it"  he says and places my hands in his "This going to sting," he says and pour what im sure is alcohol over my cuts "Alot"

"Ow wow wow wow wow" I say and kick my legs alittle and wiggle my fingers

He chuckels and dabs my knuckles with cottonballs to get the dried blood off.

"Jerk" I say and chuckle

"im cleaning you up and you call me a jerk? Thanks" He says and wraps my knuckles up in a light layer of gauze

"I didn't ask you to" I say and smile.

"I wanted to" He says and smiles at me.

He rubs his thumbs across my knuckles and stares at me for a moment, i smile back at him and i feel my cheeks starting to tingle. He puts a hand on my cheek and starts to move closer to me, and it sends sparks flying off of my body, i feel his breath on my neck my body tenses up he grunts quietly and rubs his nose against my neck.

"I can't" I say and push him away and run out the door

"Destiny!" i hear him shout

I stop running but i keep walking he grabs my elbow and jumps infront of me

"I can't" I say and try to push past him

"Can't do what?" He asks and gets infront of me

"Get my heart broken" I say and look away from him

"Who said anything about doing that" He says and places his finger under my chin and turn my head so i am looking him in the eyes

"I just dont want to feel like that ever again" i say

"I won't ever hurt you"  he says and cups my face with his hands and leans in

"thats what they all say" I say and push past him

"let me prove it to you" He says in a pleding voice

I stand with my back to him shaking my head with my arms crossed over my chest, it was pretty much dark outside some of the stars were shining

"pleeeease" He says and stands infront of me with his hands on my arms "Just give me one date and i promise you won't regret it after" He says and looks me in the eyes

I look up and smile at the stars that are now fully out "Okay, one date" I giggle

"Now can you take me home?" I smile.

"Sure thing" he smiles and winks at me.

He walks me back to the car and opened up the door for me, closes the door then gets into the drivers seat. the ride back home i just stare out the window and daydream of what he might do for me on our date, saying that word makes me tingle inside. we pulled up to my house and he put a hand on my leg before i get out . I turn to him and smile

"I'm going to make you happy i promise" He says and looks at me with the most adorable look ever.

"I hope so" i say and get out of the car and run up to the door i open it and wave to him before closing the door. I turn around and walk down the hallway of clothes on the floor to see scott and brooke on the couch making out and it was quickly getting heated.

"Well you could have warned me that tonight was brooke and scotts gross Destiny out  night" I say while running up the stairs and closing my door quickly.

"Now thats somthing you don't want to see everyday" I say aloud, I took a shower then changed into my pajamas and plopped down on my bed, but then i opened my window because it suddenly got hot then i threw myself on the bed and let the gentle breezes put me to sleep.
