Chapter 12: A chat with Levi

I sighed as I flopped down on a nearby couch. I recalled what happend after Eren successfully blocked the whole with the boulder. Levi told me Eren had fainted. After he said that I got a closer view of Eren. I still couldn't believe that he could transform into a titan, I kinda envied him. After I looked up to see the Military Police heading towards us.  I looked to see their commander, Nile Dok. He got off his horse and held out a paper. "Eren Yeager!" He looked around trying to find him. "He's right here." You turned over to see a blonde-haired boy say. Nile looked over to see a fainted Eren held in the arms of the black haired girl. "He is under arrest" Nile finished his sentence. "What!?!?" The girl and boy said in unison. "He is under arrest for destruction of property and harm of other beings." The girl held on him tightly, glaring at Nile. "Don't take him! He's innocent!" The girl yelled at him.

Nile just ignored her and called for two of his teammates to take away Eren. I didn't do anything, besides there was nothing I could do. As they took him, Levi lead the two teens with the rest of the Survey Corps. I looked back to see Nile and the rest of his team take Eren away. Once the teens were safe, I headed towards Levi and asked him, "Where are they taking Eren?" Levi just shrugged.After  he walked over to Erwin to report on what happend to Eren. Erwin listened at Levi's coversation and sighed. "Before we do anything, let's take these two back Training Corps. They should calm down there." Levi nodded as the conversation ended. Levi then did something weird... He grabbed my horses' reins and this in his left arm. He walked over to you and handed you your horse. "T-thanks" I stuttered abit. He let out his famous 'tch' . After he said, "No problem brat." As I got on my horse, The rest of the Survey Corps were already leaving. I turned over to see Levi still here. He was equipping something to his horse. I sighed and managed to say, "Hey Levi... Would you mind riding with me back?" As I said that, he looked up at me surprised. "Sure, if you want." I nodded and waited for him to be done. 

After he was done, I looked over at the direction the Survey Corps left. 'They must be gone by now.' Levi then snapped his fingers. At that, I snapped back to reality. "S-Sorry" I apologized as I held my horses' reins in my hands. "It's okay" he replied. I followed him as he lead the way. We stayed quiet for a while, I didn't know what to say. It felt   awkward talking him. I then managed to say, "What did you tell Erwin?" 

He looked at me and shrugged. "I told him hat Nile took Erwin away. He's guessing their taking him to court tomorrow. Erwin wants to do something about it. He thinks with Erwin on our team, we will be more powerful." "Oh I see..." I replied. After it was quiet for a few seconds. "So did you read the letter I gave you?" He asked all of a sudden. I looked at him and blushed abit. "Yeah.... Why did you write that?" "Well I want you to be safe. I'm glad you are still here to live another day" I melted at his words. I'm supposed to be mad at him but dammit! It's impossible! "Your'e so weird Levi! Of course I'd be okay! I'm strong too you know!" "Yeah your right. Besides you inherited most of your skills from me." He said. I blushed abit darker at those words. He was right, I did learn most of my skills from him. After talking about Eren for abit, we stopped when we got to the Survey Corps building. Levi and me put our horses back in their stables and walked together back to the building. Once we were inside I told him, "Well I'll see you tomorrow." He nodded and walked over to his office. I waved goodbye to him and walked to my office. I then gasped when I felt someone grab me. 

"YOU DID IT (Y/N) CONGRATS!"

I blinked and looked over to see Hanji squealing in joy.

"Did what!?!?!"

"You talked to Levi!"

"Okay...?"

Hanji let me get back up. I brushed away some dust that I had from my cape.

Hanji then talked to you for a while until she heard Erwin call her name.

"Oops! See you later (Y/N)!"

I waved goodbye at her and finally walked over to my office. While I was walking down the halls, I see Petra. She had a face full of jealousy which made me giggle to myself. Petra should've known it was coming for her. I just ignored her and walked over to my office.

((Thanks for reading this chapter! I know I said in the last chapter that I would have Eren trial. But I guess it turned out this way. But I promise, that the next chapter will be Eren'a trial! Anyways see you guys later!))
