Secret Santa (Modern!Levi x reader)

((Hey guys I just wanted to point out that this is a one-shot for Christmas and it has nothing to do with the story. Well anyways enjoy!!!!))

"Hey (Y/N)!" You heard your best friend Hanji call your name. "Oh hey Hanji! What's up?" You asked her. She lifted up a bottle of vodka in your face. "Care to get drunk with me?" She asked you. You gently pushed the bottle away from your face. "Thanks for the offer Hanji, but my goal is not to drink anymore." You nicely rejected. "Come on (Y/N)! New Years is still a few days later! Just have one shot please?" Hanji whined in yu our face. You let out an annoyed sigh and said, "Fine, but just one shot okay? No more." Hanji squealed and handed you a glass cup full of vodka. You grabbed the cup and began to drink it slowly.

"Have another drink (Y/N) comeon!!!!" Hanji whined once more and let out a small hiccup. You rolled your eyes and glared at your drunken friend. "How about you take a rest on the couch? You seem pretty messed up." You suggested. "Nahhhhh I'm good." Hanji repiled before hearing a knock on the door. "I'll get it!" Hanji responded as she walked over to the door. She sloppily opened it to reveal Levi standing outside. Your heart began to race when you saw him outside. Levi had been your crush for a while. Sadly, he might never be yours thanks to Petra being his girlfriend. "Where's *hic* Petra? Isn't *hic* she supposed to come too?" Hanji asked with hiccups inbetween sentences. "Petra and I broke up a few days ago.Turns out she found another guy to replace me...." Levi repiled with a sad tone. "Oh sorry to hear that. Thankfully I know who someone who can replace that fake rat." Hanji turned your head towards your direction, a sloppy smirk plastered on her face. You blushed and covered yourself with your scarf. 'I'm so glad I brought a scarf!' You thought happily. Levi didn't notice Hanji was looking at you, so that was good. You were so glad Petra broke up with Levi, but you probably didn't have a chance anyway. "Hey (Y/N) what's wrong?" You heard a familiar voice behind you. You turned around to see your other friend Mikasa ask you. "Nothing important." You replied. Mikasa turned around to see Levi serving himself some food. "You should go sit by Levi, he looks abit lonely~" Mikasa cooed. "Not by myself! Could you come with me?" You asked her. "You're such a p****!" Mikasa teased. You punched her shoulder which made her groan. "Alright let's go." Mikasa said. You smiled at your friend and you both walked to were Levi was sitting. "Hey!" Mikasa called in a causal tone. "H-hey." You stuttered trying to be calm. Levi responded with a nod towards you two. You sat next to Levi while Mikasa sat next across to him. "So how are you doing?" She asked. "I'm good I guess...." He replied. But by the sound of his tone, he seemed abit sad. "Forget about the f***en b**** Levi and move on. She doesn't deserve you. I know someone else who is WAY better then her." Mikasa said not looking at you like Hanji did. "Really? Who mi-" "ALRIGHT EVERYBODY IT'S TIME TO OPEN THE PRESENTS!!!!!!" Hanji yelled aloud which caused everyone to look at her. "Well shittyglasses is sure drunk...." Levi mumbled. "Tell me about it." Mikasa agreed. You just sat there, all quiet. How would you ever talk to Levi this way? Mikasa and you walked over to were everyone was waiting.

"Open your gift!" Hanji clapped her hands quickly. You sighed and opened your gift. Inside, was a small sliver necklace with a beautiful matching charm. "Wow! Who got me this?" You said as you stared at the necklace in awe. "Well whose name starts with L" Hanji said with a smirk. You quickly blushed at the letter. Did Levi give you this necklace? You walked over to ask him. "Did you give me this?" You asked him. He let out a smile small and nodded. "Yes hopefully you like it. Also, there is alittle suprise inside the locket." You tilted your head. "Suprise?" You opened the small locket to reveal a small paper inside. You slowly pulled out the paper and unfolded it. You held the unfolded paper in your face and read quietly, "Will you go out with me?" Instantly you felt your heart beat fast and a huge smile appeared on your face. "Yes!" You responded while nodding your head rapidly. He stood up and gave you a tight hug. You returned his hug and smiled. Around you, you could hear 'awws' and positive comments about you and Levi. Hanji and Mikasa were the loudest of all. Cheering and saying, "Finally!", "Good job (Y/N)!", and "Yes!" You smiled and hugged him tightly.

This was sure one of the best Christmases ever.
