We first tried to find our lockers, which luckily were surprisingly close to each other's. I opened my locker to drop some stuff I didn't need in it, " okay so first thing you need to know, my name is Ember" I said to the group "nice name" Cassie said. I gave a small smile and began talking again, "second, don't cause so much attention" I said looking to Lia, "and thirdly no one can know what we do, got it?" I said to everyone, and in response I received nods. "okay everyone so, who has what First period" I said opening my schedule. "Biology" Sloane said, "me too" Cassie said thankful. "Okay, well according to the maps the biology hallway should be straight then a left and all the way down the hall." I explained to the Cassie and Sloane, "if you get lost just ask for directions, and try to make some friends. We might need them for the case Briggs is putting us on" they both nodded and began there walk to biology. I turned to Dean, Michael, and Lia. "Well, who here has English" I asked them picking up my backpack off the ground, "I do" said Dean with a small sigh of relief. Lia and Michael in the other hand looked at each other with weary faces "world history" Michael said nervously, "dammit" Lia said walking off while focusing on the school map. She was going the wrong way, but I thought it would be fun for her to figure that out on her own. "See you in art babe" Michael said winking to me as he left to catch up, also the wrong way.
