I stood where I was as the others turned around at the sound of my voice.

"Ember?" Cassie asked.

I rolled my eyes and gave a smirk "No the president" I responded sarcastically.

Suddenly Sloane escaped from the bunch and wrapped her arms onto me, embracing me in a hug.

I stood still, my face flushed.

Sloane looked up, her arms still wrapped on my torso, "are you okay, what happened?" Sloane asked, worry clear in her voice.

I stood still, I stuttered as I felt my face grow warmer just by looking into her eyes.

Finally I coughed and slipped from Sloane's embrace, I ruffled my blue curls.

"Um, I'm gonna go use the bathroom real quick." I said, dashing to the entrance.

I went inside the bathroom then locked the door, I laid my back on the wooden door and turned on the sink.

Red began to brush my cheeks, I quickly splashed cold water on my face over and over again never coming up for air.

Flashes of memories began to haunt my mind, I shut off the faucet then stood straight.

In the mirror I could see water drip from my face to the marble sink.

I couldn't even walk into the stupid building....coward!

I punched the hard marble.

You left them, they hate you!

Again I punched with all my strength.

I felt tears begin to sting my eyes, yet I refused to cry. Looking back at my reflection I saw the water continue to drip.

Finally I grabbed the towel and patted my face with it, drying the remains of the cold water.

Stapling a fake smile on my face I walked out of the bathroom and whistled softly as I walked to the kitchen.

I went to the fridge and grabbed a water bottle.

Then I heard movement and turned to see Dean leaning on the door frame with an emergency kit in his hand.

"What's that for?" I asked.

He didn't say a word instead he walked in, closed the kitchen door, and walked over to me.

He got closer slowly backing me up until my back hit the fridge.

Dean was so close where I could feel his body heat radiate onto me.

I looked up and saw him piercing his blue eyes into my violet orbs.

I said nothing as I felt heat slowly creep onto my face.

After what seemed like forever I felt Dean grab my right wrist and raise it up.

I looked over at it and saw it was all bloody with bruises slowly forming.

I had no excuse.

"I already cleaned the bathroom now let me wrap your hand" Dean said.

Again I said nothing, I just gave a small nod.

Dean then carried me up and placed me down on the kitchen counter.

As he opened the kit a small laugh escaped my lips "dejavu much" I asked Dean, referring to the first time we met.

A small smile curled onto his lips as he poured some rubbing alcohol onto a cotton ball.

"This may sting a little" he warned me.

Then he placed the cotton on my bloody fist and I released a sharp breath.

"Just focus on something else" Dean soothed.

I bit my lip.

I closed my eyes and once again witnessed images flash in front of my eyes.

I quickly snapped my eyes back open then turned to Dean "talk to me" I said.

"About what" he asked.

"Anything Dean!" I replied in pain.

"Ok, ok, well um, I just wanted to say thank you" Dean said.

I turned to him with utter confusion spread across my face "Thanks? For what?" I asked Dean.

Finally Dean removed the cotton and began to search for the medical wrap, "well before you came our everyday thing was looking at past files and tapes while playing whodunit" Dean said making a small smile tug my lips.

"And today was just, so much, fun! And not just today, but ever since you got here. It's just been nothing but crazy teenage times" Dean said.

As Dean began to wrap my hand with the wrap he finished his thoughts. "Ember you did the impossible. You made us normal" he said.

I was amazed at all that Dean was saying, the only part that bothered me was the normal part.

"Dean look at me" I said using my free hand to turn his face to mine.

I looked straight into his blue eyes "your not normal, and that's what makes you great. Do you really think that all the things we did today were even close to normal?"

"Most people would think we were out of our minds, and they're probably right. I didn't make you guys normal, I just gave you a push to have some fun" I said.

I stared into Dean's blue eyes, neither of us said a word.

I felt dean's hands wrapped on my bruised one, I felt his warmth and smelled his cologne.

He seemed to trance me as I slowly inched closer, and not only was I but Dean was also becoming closer.

"Dean" I whispered.

Suddenly the kitchen doors opened and I quickly jumped back.

"Hey guys Briggs is here" Lia's voice said not even bothering to look up from her phone.

Then she walked out not once looking at us.

Thankfully.

Once she left I looked back at Dean who was also a bit shook.

"Um, we should, um, get going" I said.

"Yeah, I just finished, um, wrapping your lips, hand, I meant hand" Dean stuttered as he closed the emergency kit.

He then grabbed my hips and helped me off the kitchen counter.

Once again our bodies were very close.

Then Dean suddenly picked up the kit and was headed to the door, "I'm just gonna, um, go put this away" he said bumping into the door.

He then opened and bolted out the door.

I was left in the kitchen completely confused, thoughts racing through my mind.

What just happened?
