We both had reached back to Mason's place. I took the ice cream I had bought for April on the way back, which had almost started melting. I got out of the car quickly so that I could place it in the freezer.
And BOOM!
I was treated by a very annoyed and impatient Annora. I smiled cheekily and walked towards her.
"Hey..." I said.
"Shut up! Where the hell were you?!" she said, angrily. "Do you know how bored I was?"
"Sorry... I really need to keep this ice cream inside" I said rushing inside, with an angry Nora following behind me.
"Who is it for?" she asked.
"April"
"Oh... what's the occasion?"
"Nothing special" was my short reply.
She looked at me, if she had the superpower to shoot lasers from her eyes, then I'm pretty sure that I would have been dead meat by now.
"Fine, Come on..." I said, signalling her to follow me.
Her face lit up like a star. Well, she was one, my beautiful star! To be exact she was my whole universe.
"Are you in love?"
Her question got me off guard. I stared at her for a few seconds.
"Yeah, something like that." I said.
Her face showed no change in expression.
"With April?" she asked.
"Nope" I replied.
"Oh no..." she said.
"What happened??" I questioned her.
"It's Olivia isn't it..?"
My eyes were wide. I couldn't believe it. She was so oblivious wasn't she?. What's with her talking about me and Olivia anyways...? We are just friends. What would make her think that? I mean, me and Olivia have been friends since so long.
I started laughing. So loud that she went and closed the door behind her.
"Shut up! They are all resting..." she shushed me. "We are leaving tomorrow, remember?"
Oh shoot.
Of course we were leaving tomorrow early morning. So the only time and chance mason would get to see charlotte was today. I had to keep an eye on him and the thought had completely slipped my mind. But with Nora thinking that there was some kind of affair that was going on between me and one of the girls, I couldn't just risk everything that could be possible in the future.
So, when she kept on babbling about some random things I debated on making a decision. Should I just take her with me or should I not?
I was going to take Sam and Avery with me anyways because they already knew. And Avery probably had more answers than I ever have, and I needed to talk to them both anyways. Nora could keep a secret right..? I mean what more harm am I doing to anyone anyways? Everyone had the right to know what was going on. I mean charlotte was everyone's friend.
Was she a friend? Which friend lies to you? What kind of friend keeps themselves away from you?
No 'friend'.
"Nora..." I spoke up, cutting her off of whatever she was saying. "I think you need to know something"
