We ran towards the house. Before they could even close the door, we wanted to make sure that they knew that we were here.
"What, a baby?" Avery asked.
"I know right." Annora voiced.
"A baby is what Charlotte meant when she mentioned 'someone' was waiting for Mason?" Sam asked.
"Yeah, let's see what it's all about..!" I said.
All of us running like mad people towards Mason, who had no idea we would be there at this point of time probably surprised him. Well, it should have! Cause if it didn't, then I don't know what will.
Charlotte and mason were both glued to the ground staring at us open mouthed, while I gave charlotte a small smirk. The baby in her hand slightly giggled at the sight and tried reaching for Mason's hair.
Like, Bitch! I knew you were trouble when you walked in.
I am so glad Taylor swift made that song.

We sat on the cream fluffy couch which made my whole body sink into it, comfortably. Charlotte sat on the smaller couch and smiled at how Mason was playing with the little baby.
I took biscuit and nibbled on it while Avery glared at me. We were supposed to keep a straight face but who can say no to food? I looked at Ave and smiled sheepishly. She just rolled her eyes and looked at Sam who was busy laughing.
"Okay back to business" Avery said, before I could reach for my next biscuit.
And with all seriousness we looked at charlotte and Mason, back and forth.
"So, why did you move?" Annora asked, curiously. "I mean, why did you cut all connection with your friends?"
"I moved here almost eleven months ago" Charlotte began.
"We already know that" Avery cut her off.
"I and Mason have been dating for a while. Since, high school started. And yeah, it was a silent relationship." Charlotte continued.
Mason looked up from what he was doing. I looked at him.
That's when I noticed all the points slowly coming together. The puzzle was complete.
Eleven months ago, Char moved to another town. The baby mason was holding has his eyes, and I was seeing a little bit of charlotte also.
Oh shit.
-
"That's your baby?!" Sam asked out loud and Avery gasped.
Wasn't it obvious? Were they really waiting for them to say it?
"Why would you want to keep it from us, anyways?" I asked.
"Just felt so." Charlotte said. "Didn't want to be judged, of course."
I nodded in understanding.
It seemed as if Avery had cooled off with all that.
"What's her name?" Ave asked, smiling.
"Belle" Mason smiled.
I smiled, we all did. Belle, Mason was obsessed with that Disney movie, and I remember Charlotte being called 'Belle' by him as well. That was cute, to be honest. Not even going to deny it.
Well, this was a total surprise. All the girls went inside while Mason, Sam and I stayed on the couches. This couch was so comfy, I was thinking about just falling asleep on this.
"I didn't want to involve everyone in this huge drama" mason said, looking remorseful.
"That's okay man" Sam said.
"The truth surfaces at some point of time" I quoted Sam, smiling.
