Elaina's POV

What just happened? Everything just happened so quickly I can't explain really how I felt. Katie jumped up in excitement scanning the room. "Am I dead? Am I dreaming? Is this real?" she questioned walking around the room looking at everything.

"I didn't know Josh was apart of the band." I say quietly to myself. "Why didn't he tell me?" I continue. Before i could say anything else Katie grabs my arm and takes us to the side of the stage where we sit in chairs and watch the rest of the show.

I watch as they start to play House Of Gold, I sway to the beautiful music coming from Tyler's ukelele. I look over to Katie and she has tears rushing down her face, the biggest grin forming. She wraps her arm around my neck while resting her head on my shoulder. I was so happy that the night of her dreams is actually coming true.

Josh's POV

We had finished our last song and took the final bow. I look to the side of the stage and see Elaina next to Katie.

They were clapping along with the crowd, Tears coming down their faces. I see Elaina's smile, its perfect and adorable.

I walked over to the girls after we were done, a smile slowly forming on my face when I saw Elaina's face.

"Did I forget to mention that I'm in the band?" I say walking up to her scratching my neck.

"You're out of the band josh!" Tyler says walking by me towards the dressing room.

I could feel the blush on my face. "Yeah I guess you did forget." she says back as we walk back to the dressing room.

Katie is hyperventilating a little as she sees Tyler and I. "Holy shit, oh my god can I like, have a picture with you guys?" she asks fiddling with her phone.

Tyler looks at her with a big smile "Sure why not fren!" he says wrapping an arm around her. I come in with my arm on the opposite side of her, "Git your own fren." I say remarking Tyler.

She snapped the photo and couldn't contain herself. Elaina was pretty chill about it, you know besides the fact I had the poor girl trampled on by at least 9 fans.

"Hey, Elaina sorry what happened earlier out there, I wasn't thinking and forgot how rough the fans can get." I say putting a shirt on.

"Oh don't worry about it, i'm all good for the most part." she says with a cute smile on her face.

I can feel Tylers eyes on me, I look over to him and watch as the smirk on his face grows. I roll my eyes and look back at Elaina.

"So, I guess since the show is over we better get going." Elaina says looking over at her friend. Katie pouts her lips and looks down.

She walks up and hugs Tyler and I goodbye. Elaina stands in the doorway of the dressing room waiting for her friend.

"Hey, catch you at home Ella." I say winking at Elaina. She smirks as she turns and walks out of the venue.

"So she's cute." Tyler says to me laughing. I glare at him "Tyler, calm down. I barely know the girl." I tell him wiping the red eyeshadow off my eyes.

"Well, then get to know her buddy." He suggests, he seems to really think this girl might be something.

"Fine, i'll get to know her better if you stop talking about her." I tell him.

"Deal" he said smiling, "now let's get some food i'm starving." he says walking out of the dressing room.

Elaina's POV

On the drive home Katie couldn't stop talking about how happy she was and how she got a chance to meet her hero's

I wasn't listening much as to what she was saying, for some reason i couldn't stop thinking about josh.

"Hey Ella, what did Josh mean when he said 'Catch you at home'?" Katie asks abruptly

I look over at her. "Oh, well." I think on how to explain how her favorite drummer lives in the house next to mine.

"Josh may or may not live next door to me?" I say biting the inside of my lip.

I can feel Katie's glare on me, as we drive closer to her house. "JOSHUA WILLIAM DUN LIVES NEXT TO YOU?!" she yells.

I don't reply, i go back into thought about josh again.

I don't know there's just something about that boy that's really special. I'm not sure what it is, but i'm attracted to it.

I was pulling into my drive way, I already dropped Katie off at home.
I turn off my car and sit in silence for a while, processing what's happened all night.

I turn on my phone, the glow of the screen illuminates my face in the dark car.

I start to tweet about the night and how happy it left me.

After scrolling through several different social media, I must have lost track of time.

I hear a knock on the car window, i scream in instinct thinking i was in danger.

I look out the window, to see a pretty boy with red hair. It's josh, I open the car door and step out.

"I'm sorry i scared you, how long have you been sitting in there for?" he asks with worry in his voice.

"I don't know a good 45 minutes maybe?" I say. "What are you doing back already?" I ask him.

"Oh, they're all done packing the venue, we were told to go home early." he explains fiddling with the tips of his fingers.

Silence begins between us, both standing awkwardly next to each other.

"So." Josh starts, breaking the silence, "I get the next two months off before leave for tour again. How about we hang out and get to know each other?" He asks looking at the ground.

"I thought you would never ask." I say smiling at him. He looks at me and smiles "Awesome, just come by tomorrow when ever and we'll find something to do." I say, slowly walking backwards into my yard.
