Okay I have a problem with writing in the middle of the night but oh well..

I woke up alone in my bed. I've been able to sleep on my own, by myself for the last week surprisingly.

I turn my head to my bedside table to reach for my phone. I turn on my phone to check the time that read 9:27AM, I had a notification on the lock screen for two reminders.

Today At 12:45 PM; Court Date

Saturday At 11:00 AM; Graduation

I sigh at both notifications, turning my phone off and slapping it beside me on the bed sheets. I slowly pry myself out of bed to prepare myself for the day.

I walk to my bathroom and wash my face, looking up into what reflected in the mirror, was a girl, with faint purple bags under her puffy eyes and knotted faded purple hair. I turn around and slowly start a warm shower.

After the shower I wrap a towel around my body after drying off and sprint from the bathroom into my room.

Closing the door behind me, walking to my closet to pick out the outfit I would wear today. I decided on a light brown sweater, and grey skinny jeans. I took a red beanie to cover my knotted hair that I was too lazy to deal with.

After getting dressed I walked over to my bed that my phone was still lying on. I heard a couple buzzes coming from it so I plopped myself down onto the side of the bed and took my phone into my hand.

Josh👽: Goooood Morningg! How's your day so far?

Me: It's meh, I'm getting ready for the court date today.

Josh👽: Do you want me to come with you?

Me: .. if you want to? I don't know, i'm just scared.

Josh👽: It's fine, I'll be over in a minute.

Josh has become close with my family, mostly my mom, he comes over a lot now then he use to. Which is a good thing, i'm glad my parents like him.

At least they would approve if Josh and I ever decided to be an official couple.

A couple minutes later I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in." I yell resulting in red haired boy to walk through the door.

"Hey babe!" Josh says cheerfully

I look at him in the most confusing way possible, I was so surprised I felt like I was turning pale when my checks were probably flushed a bright red.

"Babe?" I ask a few seconds later after he jumped on the spot next to me.

"I'm joking." He gave me a smile where his tongue stuck between his teeth.

"You're a dork." I lightly slap his arm. while lying back down on my bed holding my phone in front of my face.

Josh quickly copy's my actions and lays down next to me with his phone in his face. I slowly look over to my side to see him playing some game on his phone.
