Elaina's POV
~~~

As Josh and I make our way to his car, I text Katie that we're going to pick her up later.

Elaina: Hey, Josh and I are picking you up later after my school meeting.

Katie: Holy Shit! I'm gonna hang out with Josh Dun! I'm screaming!!

Elaina: Uhuh... Well get ready, you take forever.

Katie: Okay see you later!!

I slip my phone back into my pocket as we reach Josh's car, he politely opens the passenger seat door and awaits my arrival into his car. When I step in the car, he shines that cute squinty eyed smile that I adore.

Josh starts the car and we drive to my school, AKA Hell. I wish they would allow me to meet after school is out. But no, they insist I go during school hours, meaning I have to face the shitty people that remain in the building.

When we reach the school, Josh looks at me quickly, "Hey, Tyler and I use to go to this school!" he says pointing to the sign that read "Worthington Christian High School".

"Wow, what a small world we live in." I note as Josh pulls up to the front of the building. "Do you want me to wait on you or no?" He looks at me as I gather my things, preparing to walk into the doors of hell.

"It could take an hour up to two hours, it depends on the type of day it is." I explain looking at his adorable face staring at mine.

"How about I go pick up Tyler, I'll hang out with him until you text me that you're ready to be picked up?" He asks

"Sure that sounds great, I'll see you later." I say opening the car door and slamming it shut, making my way through the front entrance.

I turn around and look out the window, watching as Josh drives off to go pick up his best friend. I turn back around and make my way to the office.

As I reach the office I walk in and see Cecilia the head receptionist behind the  office desk. "Good morning Ella." she greets me with a gentle smile.

"Good morning Cecilia. I'm just here for my meeting with Mrs Bella." I explain taking a seat next Mrs Bella's office door.

"Oh, did she not inform you?" Cecilia asks

"Inform me about what?" I ask confused at what she had been talking about.

"Mrs Bella's office got switched out, she now works in the old councilors office across the quad." She explains

I sigh, knowing that this means I'll actually have to face the students that I dread throughout this school. I shine a quick smile to Cecilia as I grab my belongings and head strait to Mrs Bella's new office.

I don't even get halfway down the main hall of the school, when the bell rang throughout the building. The hall quickly flooded with students, pushing and shoving their way to their next class.

I do my best to stay away from most of them, but I bump a few shoulders here and there as I walk towards the quad of
the school.

I hear a familiar voice call my name, I ignore it, knowing that ignoring everyone in this school would be a great idea. Until I finally feel a hand pull my shoulder back and I yelp in fear.

Thoughts quickly rushed into my head thinking it was Jake again. I cover my face until the person who had grabbed my shoulder said "What the hell are you doing here?" I looked up to see a familiar face that I dread to see.

"Maggie, you scared the shit out of me don't do that ever again." I say replying to the bitch in front of me. "I asked you a question bitch." She said sternly looking at me.

"I-Im just here to drop off my homework for the month." I explain looking down at the hands I had been fiddling with. "Awh, the poor emo trash decided not to transfer after all after that happened?" She says in a petty tone.

"After what happened?" I said with concern in my voice.

"Everyone knows you went into Independent Study because you went all psycho and decided to cut yourself because you can't take the truth about yourself from other people." Maggie scoffs crossing her arms.

"W-what? Who told y-you that?!" I say in a louder tone than before.

"You're mom told the principal and he had a whole assembly over 'bullying' and how it affects people, Everyone caught on when you stopped coming to school after that." She explains.

"Well maybe you should stop being a bitch, and actually take what he told you at that assembly seriously!" I yell with glossy eyes running to Mrs Bella's Office.

I run across the quad towards a building that had the letter C on it.
I walked in and made my way to office.

I walk into the small office and see Mrs Bella seated behind a wooden desk typing away at her computer.

Without even looking away from her computer she spurts out "You're late, Ella." she says in a disappointed tone of voice. I look down at the ground as I make my way to seat that sat across Mrs Bella.

"Alright, let's start with your Science homework." she starts.

After we had gone over all my subjects, and after the quick tests she gave me we finished in about an hour and forty five minutes.

"Elle, before you go, you're taking your final exams that count for you final grade in a few months, until then no more meetings like these, just study for your exams, then you graduate!" She explains as I nod my head and make my way to out of the office.

As I walk through the again busy hall I hear whispers about me here and there. I brushed it off, no big deal. Until a guy came up to me and made a gesture with his hand and his wrist, pretending to cut his wrist, then ran off.

People around me looked and laughed, I felt the tears in my eyes threaten to fall down my cheeks. So I ran through the halls, passing the gossiping teenagers that walked the halls of this school to the front entrance.

Once I made my way to the front door I opened it and sat down on the curb, I opened my phone to text Josh that I wanted to be picked up.

After sending the text I set my phone next to me and pulled me knees to my chest, I set my face in my knees and started to quietly sob, thinking about all the horrible things these people think of me as.

Feeling embarrassed that they all knew I self harmed before.. It hurt to know that everyone knew and I was so unaware that they did.

Finally after a few minutes passed by Josh's car pulled up and I sat up to open the passenger door. I sit down and see Tyler in the back seat. I wipe away my tears and brush off everything that just happened.

"Ella are you okay?" Josh asks concerned,

"Yeah.. i'm fine." i say as we drive off to pick up Katie

It's 3:30am, I fix and edit this when I wake up. This chapter is a bit shitty and kinda a filler I guess but enjoy?
