Let's Be Amazing

Chapter 12

“I haven’t been in here in so long!” I sighed, eager to get inside my house.

“Me either.” Kelsey added.

“Same!” Louis chirped.

“Shut up Lou- you have never been here.” Harry rolled his eyes.

“You guys are so odd.” Jesy chuckled, rolling her eyes slightly, as she opened the door for us.

“Thank you darling!” I winked at her as I walked into the house.My face immediately lit up. I didn’t realize how much I truly had missed this house. It was so welcoming and had warmer feeling compared to the hospital. I sat down on one of the two benches by the door and took off my heels, placing them on the rubber shoe pad Jesy had insisted we’d buy. Looking around I could tell that they had rearranged some things and added others. Then again, anyone could have guessed that would have happened within almost of a year of seeing it. Despite the changes, it still felt like mine. Much more of my own than that little hospital room. And it was all mine. Well, you get the point. I got up from the wooden bench and scurried over to the couch. A beautiful light brown cloth L-shaped couch. With tons of small white, light brown, and dark brown pillows. And blankets. Gosh we loved this couch more than our beds. I collapsed onto the couch near the middle of the L, tucking my legs up and throwing a white blanket on top. Jade quickly threw herself down next to me so that her head was on my lap. She had already kicked off her black strappy high heels and didn’t need to worry about covering up due to her white romper. Joey sat down Indian style next to me, texting someone on his iPhone already. Kelsey and Connor sat at the end of the couch together, entangled. Jesy dragged a stool over and sat down closest to Jade, Perrie dragged a chair over and sat next to her . I watched as the members of One Direction awkwardly walked into my house, nervously standing off to the sides.

“Go on, take off your shoes. Sit down on the couch or grab a chair.”” I chuckled, gesturing to the open spaces around me. “Might as well get comfortable.”

Liam nodded as Louis smirked and plopped onto our couch-from behind- next to Joey, resulting in a couple of pillows cascading down onto the floor. Joey didn’t even take his eyes off his phone as he texted. Or tweeted. He was probably doing both. Niall wandered off to somewhere as both Liam and Zayn took off their shoes. Harry dragged a chair over, closer to Kelsey and Connor, and sat down. Liam walked over, grabbed a stool, and placed it next to Harry. Zayn walked over, his black jacket revealing a simple white tee shirt.

“Mind if I sit here?” He asked, gesturing to the only spot left, next to Jade.

“Go ahead.” Jade fake yawned as she sat up.

“Thanks.” Zayn said simply as he sat down.

“Anyone want something to drink?” Leigh-Anne called out from the kitchen.

“Pepsi!” Joey called out.

“Tea!” Jade squealed.

“Water!” Perrie chirped.

“Make that two!” I chuckled.

“Nope! Three waters Leigh!” Jesy ordered.

“Demanding much?” Leigh-Anne sassed from the other room.

“Connor and I are good.” Kelsey spoke up.

“Anything for you guys?” I asked.

“I’m good.” Zayn shook his head as did the other boys.

“Alright, water it is.” I nodded, a slight smirk on my face, as I stood up and  walked over to the kitchen. “Here, I’ll take some water bottles out.” I said to Leigh-Anne who was getting out an assortment of drinks.
