chapter seven: She is an "Old one"

For just a sec he was standing there in shock. Was this a good sign? I don't think so.

And then he was by my side.

We speed up and then he just stopped. The next second it hit me like a slap in the face. Scent of Vampires. I tried to figure out how many but couldn't and then Edward pulled me behind his back. He growled.

I have never heard him growl before. It was scary. I was afraid and then felt it. The glint in my eyes. the burning in my bones, the shivvering of my body.

The next thing I saw was the bounty hunter. She was an athletic vampire all dressed in black leather. 5 Males also in black leather followed her. She had Asian face features.

"Edward Cullen. Finally we found you. You will not have a chance to escape. This time we will kill you."

"Who send you?" Edward hissed through his teeth. "Don't you know" She wispered. The Volturi do not accept a NO for an answer. They ask you and you have to follow!" She laughed.

It felt like beeing attacked by Amadeus again. For a second I was scared to death and then something happend. I moved to stay in front of him. Why was I standing here. Who moved me forward? I felt like a puppet. It felt like a deep memory coming up. A Deja Vu?

The bounty hunter still laughing but a little surprise crossed her face.

"What are you doing? Edward growled from behind. " I didn't look back. "Stay there don't move!" I didn't ask him. This was a command.

What am I doing? The glint in my eyes became a little fire. Still deep inside me but every single one of her companions was able to see it.

Edward was shocked. He couldn't accept what he was seeing. I couldn't believe what was happening with me.

The glint became fire. Fire became flame.

"Diana. lets go now. It is not worth it. This girl is not just a gifted Vampire. She is an old one. Lets go. Run for your life" One of them said and in the next second 4 of them disappeared.

Diana starred at me. I felt fear, I felt anger, I felt a lot...

"Don't get in my way" she yelled at me. Edward didn't listen to my order and run at her. Stupid little weirdo. Now it will be more complicated my feelings told me.

Diana and the other male started attacking Edward. He was so thorough. He didn't wan't to let the little bella do all the work, didn't he.

Stop it now! I screamed. " No one will touch him! He is mine. He will be forever mine". With my words Knifes of Lightning attacked both Diana and the Male one. They screamed in pain.

I looked down to my hands. The Knifes were coming from my hands. Flames were in my Eyes. They let Edward run towards me. He was scared to death if something like this was even possible. I mean as a Vampire could be scared to death.

And then Diana and the Male attacked Edward again. This time the Knife became a Sword. They saw it chasing towards them and then they ran away.

When I was sure that they ran for their life I bent over to Edward who fell down at his last steps. His eyes wide of fear as well as surprise. I was shivvering all over my body. I heard Edward calling me from a distance " Bella, bella love I am.." I had my first black out as a Vampire.
