Blake's pov
I slowly opened my eyes and cringed at how bright it was. Today is Thursday and it is 5 in the fucking morning!! I don't even know why I go to school, I have straight A's in every class, B in Port's, and the teachers even say I'm unbelievable.
"Blake get up!!" I heard a voice yell. Did someone break into my house?! I quickly got up and grabbed the closest thing to me, which happened to be my pillow. "Yeah Blake, just strangle the person with a pillow" I mumbled to myself.
I heard more noises in the kitchen and slowly walked towards it. When I looked over the wall, I saw that Ruby was in my cookie jar. Again. I sighed and walked back to my room to change.
I took a quick shower then threw on a pair of purple leggings with black shorts over them, a purple t-shirt, and my black Converse. I grabbed my black and purple backpack and headed out the door with Ruby following.
"So how's Adam?" I looked over at her and smiled. "He's good. He went to visit some friends but he said to wish you a happy birthday" she nodded and smiled. "Well isn't he just-" before she could finish her phone began to ring.
"And all the people say, 'you cannot wake up this is not a dream! You're part of a machine you are not a human being!"
Ruby rolled her eyes and I watched as she answered. "What Yang?" she asked. She waited for a few seconds then stopped walking. "What do you mean by that?" her face went from worry to anger.
"No you're not leaving before my birthday Yang! You promised you would stay! I don't care if you have 'strict orders'! Cinder can go fuck herself if she wants you doing this bullshit!" Ruby yelled into the phone.
I didn't know what to do but i just stood there and listened to Ruby argue with this Yang person. "Okay that's fine, as long as Neo isn't there. Also don't brink Mercury, you know he's a pain in the ass" she said as she sighed. "Alright. Bye" she hung up and walked up to me.
"Sorry about that Blake. My sister can be a pain sometimes" she said with a small smile. I nodded and we continued walking to school.
****************time skip***************
"Come on Ruby! She'll be there!" Wiess cooed as she tried to cheer up her lover. "She...going...house..." was all I got out of her mumbled sentence. "Ruby, you know I hate it when you mumble" Wiess said.
Ruby sighed, lifting her head to face Wiess. "I said, she said she's going to one of her 'friend's' house" she repeated. "It's okay! She'll-" before she could finish, she looked to the doors of the cafeteria and gasped.
Ruby looked too and had a face of anger. I looked and saw a blonde haired girl walking towards our table. "What are you doing here Yang?!" Ruby said through gritted teeth. The girl smirked and sat next to me.
"I'm here to explain" she said. Ruby shook her head. "I don't want an explanation Yang! I want you to stop with the bullshit, get back in school, and come to my party!" she said.
"Rubes, I'm on a contract and it ends on your birthday. I already know the shit you guys learned, I went to a private school. And the party is why I came here" she said sitting back in her chair.
"Then talk! I don't have all the time in the world Yang!" Ruby yelled slightly. "I'm going to your party. But I'll be a little late. I have an extra shift and Merc wants to meet me at Coco's cafe" she explained.
Why does she look familiar?
Yang's pov
I waited for Ruby to answer me but she didn't. I decided to just go to her school and tell her straight up. I drove down to her school and got off my bike.
