The walk they had was slow and calming, it was in the evening so not many people were at the park leaving them alone in their walk together. Percy was enjoying thoroughly, though the two only spoke every once in a while. Percy could tell though that Annabeth's thoughts were in a different place.

The way she stared off into space a slight smile trying to tug at her lips her cheeks a light pink from the colder weather, it was adorable in Percy's eyes.

She's so much better than Rachel... Percy couldn't help but think.. I can't believe I ever left her for fame.. Percy looked down to the ground before giving Annabeth's hand a light squeeze feeling the wedding ring on his hand.

Annabth looked over at Percy and gave him a light smile before squeezing his hand back gently like he had done to her. A sign that meant something words couldn't explain. And lips couldn't form. It was the language of touch. And Percy... He hadn't received much touch communication in his life before.

Sure, he'd been with his mother and there was always that motherly touch, or hug. But nothing... Romantic..

Percy began to think of Rachel again, she had never touched him in a way that meant something special. Not like Annabeth. Rachel was nothing like Annabeth... Percy kept on thinking about how Annabeth was... better than Rachel.. Annabeth, just the way she did things, and said words, the way she laughed, the way she was strong and could take care of herself if something ever happened. She dominated Rachel in everything... She had more of a connection with Percy than Rachel did.

Percy sighed, thinking about that made his head hurt. He just wanted to enjoy their walk in the park peacefully.

Percy then felt a pressure on his shoulder to look over and see Annabeth had laid her head on his shoulder. Percy smiled and almost resisted the urge to kiss her head. But they were married. He didn't need to hold himself back.

So Percy leaned and kissed her head before wrapping his arm around her waist resulting in her wrapping her arm around him also. Percy sighed as they kept walking feeling butterflies fly around in his stomach at her touch.

Soon the weather had started to cool and the wind began to blow sending shivers down their spines. Just as it began to snow down large flakes Annabeth hugged Percy tightly burying her face into his chest giving him a warm feeling.

"We need to go back to the car." Annabeth muffled from his shirt and Percy nodded, "Agreed." Then Percy led the way to the car which had a little snow on it.

Annabeth let go of Percy and ran to the passengers side of the car before trying to open the door realizing it was locked. "Percy unlock the door!" Annabeth exclaimed shivering as Percy pushed the button to unlock the door for her.

As soon as the door was unlocked she tore the door open and jumped inside the car. Percy followed her lead and got inside before slamming the door behind him and catching his breath. Percy sighed as Annabeth rubbed her hands together to warm them from the cold.

"Ok, let's go get a movie now." Annabeth said and Percy nodded before starting the car and starting to drive through the snow to the movie store. It was actually a beautiful ride the snow falling and the sun beginning to set. It was almost as beautiful as Annabeth.

Percy blushed at his own thought before pulling into a park-space and turning off the car. "You got the card?" Annabeth asked and Percy took out his wallet before seeing their credit card with a picture of their kids on it. "Yeah." he said and Annabeth nodded.

"We gotta make a run for the movie store."

"Why?"

"Why not?"
