Bliss...Percy couldn't quite place the definition in his memory.. He remembered looking up the definition of bliss for something but he couldn't remember what the exact definition was. Something like perfect happiness... no, something about being oblivious your're so happy. Percy couldn't remember. But he knew he had reached bliss.
Well, the night before.
Percy rolled over onto his back his eyes still glued shut as he tried remembering the definition. Percy was in that half asleep half awake mode where you can't think as straight and you know you're sleeping. It mostly happened in the mornings for him. Or right as he began to fall asleep.
The bed shifted and Percy felt a bare chest rest up against his upper arm warming up his insides at the touch. Percy smiled, it was Annabeth. Percy thought about her, her beautiful face that was topped off with her beautiful golden curls that had forever been stuck in his memory. She was the definition of beauty. Man, so many definitions for just one morning.
Percy decided to open his eyes and look at her unrealistic beauty, but looking at her calm face only reminded him of the night before. Everything that happened, it was so new.
Percy laid his head back and gazed at the ceiling. He thought about the feeling in the pit of his stomach during kissing her. It was the exact same feeling as when she glared at him.. does that mean all those times he was...
Percy felt Annabeth shift against his arm rubbing the side of her face against his bare shoulder, "Mmm, good morning.." She mumbled and Percy let out a slightly nervous breath, she was awake. The woman he made love to last night was awake.
"Good morning." Percy managed to muster out and Annabeth sighed before opening her eyes and looking at him as he kept looking at the ceiling.
"I love you." Annabeth whispered and Percy's heart beat faster. How could she do this to him? It's like she had some super power over him with just a few words. Or what she was doing to him. It's not fair. He wondered if he would have the same effect on her if he stripped down to a bow tie and boxers and started dancing on a po-
"I love you too."
After Percy's words the room went silent to just their breathing and Percy's heart slowly going back to its normal beat then Percy thought since it was his first time.. And it certainly hadn't been Annabeth's...
Oh gosh, did I do it right?
Percy's mind asked itself and Percy's heart rate started to slowly rise again. "H-hey Annabeth." Percy stuttered out and Annabeth rubbed her cheek against his bicep. "Hmm? What is it Percy?" She asked him not opening her eyes.
"D-did I do it right?"
Annabeth stopped rubbing her soft cheek on his bicep making Percy lift his head to look down at her. Annabeth slowly opened her eyes a smirk forming on her incredibly soft lips before she rolled onto her stomach and lifted herself up over him a bit before laying back down on him her bare chest half way on his own bare chest.
"Percy," She said her cheek just slightly red, but not from embarrassment. "You could never do me wrong." She said while looking him in his eyes.
Percy starred at her a moment before turning a deep red, "Annabeth." He nearly squeaked making her laugh at him as his ears and neck began to turn red also.
He grabbed her shoulder and moved her off of him quickly before rolling onto his stomach and screaming into his pillow making Annabeth laugh louder than before.
"You baby." Annabeth said before Percy felt the bed shift meaning she was either rolling over or getting up. When Percy heard her dresser drawer open he knew she was up. "We have to get up and get the day started." Annabeth said and Percy sighed before rolling over to face her where she was getting dressed.
