I'm almost there. Just a little more, a bit longer until I arrived. I can't belive I'm so close, after all that's happened. I've been waiting for this for so long and I believe I'm finally ready.
I swiftly jumped on the limbs of the tall tree, heading towards the Akatsuki hideout. Riku was once a good friend of Pein, the leader of the Akatsuki. Riku wrote a letter for me to deliver to Pein; however, he wouldn't let me read it. He did say that once Pein read it he would most likely let me join.Key words: Most likely.
There is the small possibility he'll kill me, but after he sees my kekkai genkai he let me in.
I would get treated differntly than I would if I was without it. To be honest, I want to be judged on my strength, not my looks or kekkai genkai. But I guess both are a plus.
I came upon a large boulder. Even though it looked natural, I knew this was the enterance thanks to Riku. Now I just had to decide how to get in. I could knock... nahh. I think i'll just sneak in. I am a ninja after all.
I reached beside me to grab my katana out of its sheath. It is an absolutely beautiful sword with an amazingly crafted black and white handle and its super light too.
I concentrated my chakra into the blade and wedged it the boulder and the large mountain side it was pushed against. I applied a decent amount of pressure to the sword, causing the boulder to slowly move a few centimeters. I concentrated even more chakra into it and pushed even harder. It took a minute but I finally managed to push it open enough to slip through.
I stuck my head inside an surveyed the room. It was a sort of living room, that wasn't very decorated but it was clean and organized. Inside was a...man? He had longe blond hair and startling blue eyes. He was standing next to a beautiful blue-haired woman and a guy with a mask that looked like a bright orange lolipop. The blondie and woman were sitting on the couch watching t.v, while the lolipop-mask man was sitting on the floor eating candy and coloring a picture of a unicorn.
Is this how they always act? It seems so normal. There is no way they could be S-class criminals, They seem so... strange. I can't even tell if the man with the mask is a kid or an adult, maybe both.
I let out a quite sigh of confusion. Whatever, it doesn't even matter. I just need to find Pein. This is where my real sneaking skill are going to be put to the test.
I looked around once again, reanalyzing the situation.
Unfortunately for me the only way to get around undetected is to use the shadow transportation jutsu. So troublesome. The jutsu originated from the Village Hidden in the Shadows, which is where Riku is from. He was the one who taught me most of my assassination skills, tricks, and jutsus.
I slowly made the hand signs for the jutsu, so the people in the living room wouldn't see me and then I whispered,"Shadow Style: Shadow Transportation."
I disappeared into the shadows and milliseconds later reappeared out of the darkness across the room in the hallway. I snuck down the hallway as quietly as I could manage.
Sneaking around isn't exactly my forte, but i'm able to read chakra, so I just headed towards the room with the largest chakra signature.
I came to a stop in front af a all black door that had the strong chakra signature coming from the other side.I gently put my ear to the door, tring to listen in and see what he was doing. I could hear two men talking inside. One man sounded strangely calm and the other was cursing worse than I do. And that's definitely saying something. I figured it's about time to make my prsesnce known. I feel like being a badass today...
I smirked to myself and kicked the door open, though not hard enough to break it. I don't want a bunch of angry S-Rank criminals angry at me for breaking their door.
I quickly found out I was right, there are two men inside. One was of medium build with bright orange hair and was sitting behing a desk, while the other was shirtless with long, slicked back silver hair. The silver headed man quickly spun around to face me when he heard the noise.
"What the fuck? Who's this bitch?!" the silver headed man asked in a rather loud voice.
" I need to speak with Pein," I said emotionlessly and bluntly.
"I am Pein. Now what exactly is your business here?" The orange haired man,Pein, asked me.
"I have a letter for you from Riku." I tell him as I take the letter out of my pocket and hand it to him.
"Very well. Bring it here." He said, as calm as ever.
I sauntered up to the desk and handed him the letter, then sat down in one of the chairs in front of the desk like I owned the place. The silver headed man look at Pein then back to me with shock written all across his face.
"You're going to let her live?! She knows where we are now! The bitch needs to be killed!"
"Clam down Hidan.I'll make a decision after I read the letter. No need to be hasty." Pein explains to him. Pein opened the letter and read it silently. As he was reading Hidan ran his eyes over my body, taking his sweet time mentally undressing me.
"My eyes are up here." I said boredly as I pointed towards my face. He simply shrugged, not stopping his 'survey' of my body. I just rolled my eyes and turned back towards Pein.
After a few more minutes of Pein reading I got extremely bored and found a paperclip sitting on Pein's desk. I flicked it at Hidan, hitting him right in the cheek and the acted like nothing happened.
"What the hell was that for bitch?" he yelled at me.
I looked over at him innocently," What are you talking about?"
"Forget it, Bitch", He said with an irritated look on his face.
After another minute or two, Pein sat down the extremely long letter and looked at me.
"This kekkai genkai of yours. What does it do exactly?" He asked me. I guess Riku mentioned it in the letter but failed to explain everything about it.
"It's called the Shadow Wolves Eye. When activated I can manipulate what I or others are feeling, both emotional and physical. It also heightens my senses, lets me sense peoples' chakra, and change my appearance without the help of a jutsu." I explained to him, yawning slightly towards the end.
"Hmm...I think I let you join. You could prove to be a valuable asset, but I'll have to test your skills first. It will be tomorrow, for now Hidan can lead you to your room so you can get some rest. Be ready for it."He said and then promptly went back to his paperwork.
"Do I really have to?" Hidan whined, but one glare from Pein shut him up. Hidan heaved a big sigh.
"Come on, you stupid Bitch." He said, sounding somewhat defeated. We walked out of the office and down a long corridor until we reached a purple door covered in black swirls.
"Here. Later bitch!" Hidan yelled back as he walked off to some unknown destination. Oh well, that was interesting.
I shrugged to myself and walked into the room and over to the bed. I didn't even care what the room looked like at the moment, I was to exhausted to care about much of anyrhing. I plopped down on the fluffly bed and was asleep seconds later.
