"Here's the tea you requested ma'am, let me know if you need anything else."

I smiled at the maid serving me, "No. That's all I need, thank you very much."

She smiled at me and when she was about to go out I remembered something I need to confirm so I asked her.

"Did my husband already left the house?"

She look confused for a moment, like she's wondering why I'm asking her such thing, but she must realized that it's not her place to ask so she just nodded her head and said good bye.

I took the cup and smelled it, the smell of the hibiscus tea always calms me but it doesn't changes a thing.

I'm officially bored.

A week passed since I got out of the hospital and stayed at Sebastian's house. More like forced to stay here. My life became predictable, everyday is the same. I'm always in my room "resting" and the only source of entertainment to me was books. Heck! I can't even access the internet and I have no idea what's happening outside, there might be a disease spreading out there and I have no idea.

Everyday, someone will bring food to me when it's time to eat and mind you it is always precise, down to the last second because according to my strict and over acting husband I should stay in bed and just rest and do nothing. He even instructed everyone in the house to not approach me or even talk to me as if I have some infectious disease. He literally locked me up in this four walled room. The room itself is not so bad, if I'm not locked up like this I might actually think that the devil, I mean Sebastian, prepared this room for me. You can't find a single flaw in this room, from its queen sized bed that do wonders in my back, to its bathroom that is straight out of my fantasy.

Yes, everything is perfect but, yes there will always be a but whenever he's concerned, I can't do things on my own, to the point that I have to bring someone with me to use the bathroom. Plus the fact that I have several bodyguards that are watching my moves almost 24/7 as if I'll just vanish in thin air if they're not looking. I was being watched by everyone and that is not a great feeling. All thanks to my overprotective husband.

I'm the type of person who gets easily bored when I'm not doing anything, I've been so used to working that it practically became a habit of mine. You don't want to see me get bored because I become a mean bitch whenever that happens.

At the end of the tenth day since I got out of the hospital that's where I finally had enough. I've got to do something or else I'll go crazy. I'm done with all this "bed rest" crap that my husband is so hell bent on me doing. I didn't agree to come with him just to lay down on the bed and do nothing. I am an independent woman that wants to work and no one can stop me even if that controlling husband of mine's doesn't approve it.

I glanced down the window and looked at the bodyguards guarding the mansion. There are currently dozen of men roaming around. The typical big buff guys that knows how to kill a hundred ways, each one of them wears a black shirt and pants with a mean old sun glasses to complete the look and I'm sure they are not just an ordinary guards, for all I know some of then are ex marines and soldier courtesy of my paranoid husband. I glanced at the clock on my bedside table and it says quarter to twelve. I smiled, just in time. You see even though I'm "resting" I still took my time observing how everything works in this mansion, from the way the maids wake up at 4 am to prepare our breakfast to the changing of the guards shift every quarter to twelve.

This is my chance! It's now or never.

***

I was catching my breath when I leaned back at the wall that I'm currently hiding, even though I'm tired as heck I couldn't help not to smile at my situation right now. Finally! I'm free! I finally got out of that freaking house. My mission impossible escape is not easy especially when I almost got caught by one of the guard dogs roaming around the house, I was lucky because just when he is about to see me the owner called it for lunch allowing me to finally get out.
