Flicker ⌁ Barry Allen [1]

"You know what the best part is? After I beat Barry in the race and prove that I'm the fastest man, or woman, alive on any Earth, he's gonna rot in a cage just like the one Jay's in now. And he'll have to deal with the fact that he couldn't save you." He said, getting closer to me.

"I don't need saving." I growled, and knocked my head forward, hitting him.

He held his nose, which was clearly broken and bleeding steadily.

He pulled his mask on. "You'll regret that." He said, in his Zoom voice. 

"I've heard Batman's voice after being modified. What makes you think I'm intimidated by yours?" I said, calmly.

He just growled, and sped off.

THIRD PERSON POV - BACK ON EARTH-1

"Look everyone's gonna freak when they find out I did this, but I don't care." Wally said, opening Barry's cell in the intake. "We need your help, Barry."

"Um, guys, Barry's not-" Jesse started, seeing the alert.

Barry sped into the room, holding Wally in his arms. 

"In his cell, anymore." She finished, sighing.

"Wally!" Iris scolded.

"Well, I wasn't just gonna stand here while you guys did nothing." Wally says, shrugging. He did not even know Aurora that well, but he could see how shaken up it had caused Joe. Joe had refused to leave his house, and simply laid there, feeling nothing but guilt. He claimed endlessly, "It should have been me. Damn it, why did she do that?"

"You let him take Rory?? What the hell were you thinking?" Barry yelled angrily.

"Allen. There was nothing we could do. We didn't even know what she was planning." Wells tried to explain.

"You could've let me race him!" Barry yelled, furious.

"Look, I know you guys made a pact to keep Zoom on Earth-2, but you made that without Wally and I." Barry says. "All right? You don't get to do that! Especially when it concerns HER!" 

"Barry! Look at yourself, you're not okay enough for this! Rory would not want you to go into this with blind fury!" Cisco yelled.

"Cisco, my dad was just murdered in front of me and the woman I love has just been taken by someone who is going to use her against me! Do you have any idea what that feels like?" Barry yells.

"Watching someone you love die? Yes, Barry, I do." Caitlin yelled. Barry tried to intercept, but she continued scolding him about keeping his emotions in check.

"Okay, look, I'm going to stop him, whether I have your help or not. So which one is it?" Barry says, determined.

RORY'S POV - EARTH-2

I was exhausted, but I knew I could not sleep, so I was faking it so Jay would leave me alone. Soon enough, I heard Jay's voice.

"Cisco's learned how to bring people into his vibes."

 I couldn't hear anyone else, but I saw him looking at the wall.  I could only assume the team broke and were trying to get me back. Barry was going to race.

"I'll bring her. But I won't release her until after we race." Jay says.

"Barry, no!" I yelled.

Jay snapped his head to look at me only for a second before turning back to the wall.

"Deal?" He asks, and then nods firmly.

"Looks like you get to go home, Flicker." Jay sneers at me.

I sighed, defeated.

Hey guys! We're nearing the ending. The face off. Zoom and Barry's race will probably take one chapter, and then the last chapter will be the aftermath. So that means we should only have two chapters left! I might write a short epilogue to tease the Flashpoint sequel I'm writing ;)
