Ryland's POV
I had the ring in my pocket I was so nervous I couldn't even walk straight I kept tripping as we walked to our gate at the airport
"Baby are you okay"Shane asked
"Yeah I'm fine"I lied I was fucking terrified
"But your sha-"he said before I cut him off
"I'm gonna go to restroom but you can stay here just don't follow me"I said nervously laughing
Then I just walked off
I looked at Shane from a distance he looked so sad I thought he saw me so I looked down
Once I got to the mirrors I looked at myself I was shaking and sweating,my face was red,eyes big,and my mind lost
I splashed some water on my face and looked at the ring box
"Proposing huh whose the special lady"a man said from beside me and he dried his hands
"Actually it's my boyfriend"I said

I smiled and nodded then put the ring back in my pocket and left
Shane's POV
I figured Ryland was mad at me for some offensive joke I made in the car so I just stayed quiet as we went through security
I unloaded my phone and keys and so did Ryland I went through fine but when he went through the alarm went off
A look of panic came to his face
They padded him down and pulled something out of his pocket I didn't see
The officer gave it to him then I saw some kind of box he looked up at me
"Shane you make me so happy and I love you so much"he said then got on one knee
"Oh my god"I whispered
"Will you marry me?"he asked
