Zayn's POV
"I enrolled for that boarding school" I mumbled
"Good" Niall smiled
"What?" I asked
"I can visit you" Niall sat on my knee "and we can share a bed without your mum flipping out on me"
"I guess"
"Aren't you excited for a boarding school?" Niall asked
No. I'm not... The guys told me that the moment I left they were going to start messing about with Niall.
By that they meant they were going to hurt him, physically and emotionally... I seriously did not want a battered boyfriend turning up to my school on weekends
"I'll miss you baby" I smiled
"I'll miss you too"
"I move in today... After school"
"Okay"
"Want to come with?"
"I can't" he sighed "I... Mum needs me at home"
"Oh... Alright" I said a little guttered
"We can keep texting and stuff" Niall smiled
"I guess" I played with a strand of his hair sticking up
"We could skype every couple of weeks, but mainly text" Niall added "it'd be kinda fun, like you're on holiday for a while"
"More like forever"
"Well no because you graduate next year" Niall shrugged
"But then you've still got a year to graduate"
"I guess" Niall mumbled
"This is what happens when I bloody skip a year" I sighed
"Smartass"
"I'd rather be a smartass than a dumbass" I joked
"Ouch" Niall pouted
"I'm just joking babes" I smiled, kissing his temple
At the moment we were wagging... We'd done it most of today actually. We were cuddled up on the bleachers on the field.
"It's going to be so weird without you" I confessed
"I'm going to be a loner" Niall mumbled
"What about Liam? Or Harry?"
"We've been over this" Niall sighed "Louis and Liam are interested in each other and Harry still likes me"
"Right... I forgot" I nodded
"I dunno what I'm gonna do" Niall sighed
"I'm sure you'll figure something out" I mumbled
"You think so?" Niall asked quietly
"Yeah" I nodded "maybe you could make some new friends too"
"I don't really want to" Niall mumbled "I kinda just... I only want you"
"I'm leaving" I reminded him
"Then I can ask my mum if I can move school" he smiled "we can both be in boarding school and share a dorm maybe"
"That's sweet" I stroked his cheek "but... I don't think your mum would like that"
"Can I try?" Niall asked "I mean, she doesn't seem to mind you as much now that we're back-"
"That's a lie" I laughed
"I know" Niall sighed "but... It's worth a shot"
"Alright, you ask your mum tonight" I smiled "but, you need to tell her why you want to move"
"Because your old friends are bullying me"
"And?"
"I want to see you"
"Why?"
"Because all my friends are ignoring me, or trying to break us up"
"Exactly" I kissed his head "that's what you need to tell her, but make sure she's in a good mood okay?"
"Can you stay with me for a little bit after school?" Niall asked "I want to stay with you, long as I can"
"Sure" I nodded "I'll be late, I don't really care"
