Stockport, England

The blinds were drawn closed and Dan breathed heavily against Phil's mouth as they made out in their bed. Dan arched his back slowly as Phil moved his hands beneath his lover and he drew small circles on his naked back.

"Can we stay here forever?" Dan whispered once they pulled away to catch their breaths. Phil grinned down at him and moved his hair from his forehead, wanting to see his lovers face.

"Of course, anything you want." Phil said, his voice low from just waking up only moments ago. Dan looked up at him and he felt his eyes fill with tears. Phil frowned, watching as tears rolled down his pretty face and he reached up, wiping the tears.

"What's the matter?" Phil asked about the sudden tears, and Dan shook his head.

"I just--" Dan sobbed now, his heart clenching in his chest. He brought his hands up to his face to hide himself and Phil shushed him, going to lay beside him.

"Hey, hey, hey." Phil whispered, bringing the smaller boy into his arms. "Danny, what is wrong?" Phil asked again as Dan sobbed harder.

Dan couldn't speak he was crying so hard, and he kept shaking his head as if trying to tell Phil something. His chest burned of sadness and his mind was cloudy. He clung to Phil, afraid of losing him.

"Breathe, love." Phil whispered as Dan was taking short breaths, making it harder to breathe.

"In," Dan breathed in. "Out," He exhaled and Phil repeated the pattern with Dan until he was able to actually speak and keep his breathing at a normal pace.

"It's okay," Phil whispered to him and Dan nodded.

"M'sorry," Dan got out and Phil kissed his forehead gently.

"Take your time," Phil assured and Dan snuggled more into Phil's neck and let himself rest.

"I'm okay," Dan breathed out, closing his eyes. "I just want this all to work out. I love you so much and I can be myself around you. What if it doesn't work out?"

"It will, Danny." Phil assured him and kissed him sweetly. "Everything will be okay."

The sad part was that Phil didn't believe himself.
