5- Special Indeed

In a flash of anger, Blake spun, hurling a fist at his slender face. She hit her target. The man seemed shocked that she'd hit him. He wasn't used to his prey catching him, and especially not used to them hitting him! How did she manage to do that? He thought, his perfect face gawking at the rudeness of young Blake. He held his jaw, obviously humbled. 

"So...what's your name anyways?" Blake says, crossing her arms and sticking her nose up in the air.

"...Lee," he gradually came to say. Lee smirked, then started laughing. An insane laughter really. 

Blake yells, "What's so freakin' funny?!" 

Footsteps were heard, and a second later four vampires were at Blake's side. Three of them were boys, and one a girl. They were all so beautiful, Blake thought. But they were very angry with her, apparently. Blake stepped back, but the girl grabbed her by the shirt, lifting her up. Blake's eyes widened. Well, she wasn't expecting that. Blake gulps, clearly frightened.

"Do we kill her now and drain the blood of her?" The girl asks, impatient. There was a hint of jealously to her tone. She didn't like the loud smack she'd heard. This...this Blake had hit her master! She was beyond upset; however, she wouldn't act unless Lee spoke an order. That's just how things worked around here. 

Lee ran a hand through his hair, letting out a pleased hmph. Blake seemed so scared and fragile in his eyes...he loved it. Just like an innocent doe awaiting unavoidable death. This made him want to protect her. To keep her out of harms way no matter what. Something was special about her, of course. He'd known her almost all her life. 

"No. Put her down, Leesa," Lee said casually, standing up from his bed, eyeing Blake. "Get her ready, then take her outside. Tell the others she mustn't be touched." 

Leesa glares, not pleased with his orders. How could he care so much for this girl?! She was just a pesky human. None the less, Leesa dragged Blake by the back of her shirt and into a room. Blake squirmed, unhappy. 

"What's happening?" Blake asked, a bit scared.

"Something bad. I hope," Leesa growled back, showing pointed fangs.
