My Time (A WWE Story)

Chapter 43

Austin's POV

I was waiting for the show to start. The Authority is going to be out there talking about Seth Rollins win. We'll be out there too, just outside of the ring. Just then, Shane O Mac himself came up to me. "Austin Thomas." "Yeah?" "I saw the match last night. Quite frankly, you got screwed out of the title. I'm coming back tonight and I will do what I can to get you guys out of the Authority and into the Royal Rumble match. Also, I'm going to get them out of power. I just don't know how yet." "Well whatever happens out there just know I got your back." "Thanks kid." He said shaking my hand. After that it was time for the start of the show. 

Triple H and the rest of the Authority was in the ring with microphones in hand. Triple H started to talk. "Thanks to my man here, we have just added three new members of the Authority. Three new members that should be in the World Heavyweight Championship race. And because of what happened last night, they are not. And won't be for a while. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, The Shield." We walked down through the crowd and made a line in front of the ring. "We have the best protection in this business now. So each and everyone of you better be listening. Because if you mess with us, we will send the Hounds of Justice after you." Just then, Shane's music started to play. Since we are apart of the Authority now, we got in front of him. Stephanie told up to let him through so we did and he got in the ring. "What in the hell are you doing here Shane?" "I think the question is, why haven't I come here sooner? I mean, the show being run by you and your husband, the ratings have dropped, and endless amount of talent have been injured." "Your point?" "Simple. I want control of Monday Night Raw." Steph basically laughed in his face. Triple H kept a stern look. "You really think you can get control of Raw that easy?" "Steph stay out of this." Triple H said. "Shane you want control of this company? I'll gladly hand over control, if you can beat me in a Hell in a Cell match next week." "You're on." "Paul  what the hell are you thinking?" Steph said as we all went to the back. "Shane thinks that he can come back after seven years and get control of the company? No. I put everything on the line because there is no way I'm going to lose. I'm going to destroy your brother and send him back to Greenwich with his tail between his legs. Now, that brings us to you guys." He said turning to us. "Daniel Bryan has mic time tonight, he is going to be asking for a title shot. You guys are to go out there and put that goat down." We nodded and left the room. I need to go talk to Brie.

Brie was in the catering talking to Nikki. I went up to them. "Hey girls." "Hey Austin." They both said. "Brie you got a second?" She nodded and we walked into the hallway. "So there is something that is going to happen tonight and I figured you should probably know before it happens." She nodded again. "So I'm sure you know we are apart of the Authority. Bryan is going to be having mic time and Hunter ordered us to take him out." She hesitated, but she spoke. "Do what you have to do. He has not really talked to me since our fight so I guess just do what you have to do." I nodded and gave her a hug. "I'm sorry that this is going to happen." I whispered to her. 

Daniel Bryan was in the ring with microphone in hand. "Now that there is no one in the title picture, I never got my rightful rematch for the WWE world heavyweight championship after having to vacate the title after Wrestlemania. And I want that championship rematch tonight! I don't care if I have to go through the Shield to get it!" They played our music and we walked down through the crowd. We all hopped the barricade and took the fight to Bryan right away. He held his own for a few seconds but the numbers game caught up to him. I threw him out of the ring and we all went out there. Roman did his signature battle cry which meant that he wanted us to get him up for the triple powerbomb. We got him up and we did the triple powerbomb through the announce table. We hopped back over the barricade and went to the back. 

Shane asked us to meet him outside of the arena. "So, this meeting is strictly confidential, one hundred percent off the record. I know what Triple H's plan is for this Hell in a Cell match next week. He's going to use you three. If I win this match, you three will be in the Royal Rumble in three weeks. So just don't help Hunter." "We'll help you. I'm already sick and tired of being in the Authority. Triple H has made me sick to my stomach." I said and Roman and Dean nodded their heads agreeing. "Alright. That's all I wanted to talk to you about. You three should get out of here before Triple H finds you." We all nodded and went back into the building.
