Raine woke up in the middle of the night and looked at the clock and then noticed that Sage wasn't in bed 'What's Sage doing up at 4:30 in the morning?' She thought as she got up to look for their leader. She put on a coat and boots and quietly left the room.
Not even 15 minutes later Raine found Sage sitting on a bench
"Hey Sage, what ya doing up so early?" She asked
"Couldn't sleep." Sage replied, Raine sat next her
"Another bad dream?" Raine questioned, Sage shook her head
"Nope, I've always had trouble sleeping at night." She answered then raised an eyebrow and looked at Raine "So what's your excuse for being up this early?" She asked
"Just a bad dream is all." Raine replied
"You sure you don't want to talk about it?" She asked, Raine looked away and shook her head
"No it's fine." Sage put a hand on Raine's shoulder and gave her a reassuring smile
"Ok, if you ever want to talk about it or anything that's bothering you you can always come to me." She said, Raine looked at her friend and smiled
"Thanks." A cold winter breeze blew by and both girls shivered
"We better get back inside of we don't want to catch a cold." Sage suggested, both girls got up and went back to their dorm for the rest of the night (morning?)
Time skip to breakfast
"Christmas Dance?" Luna questioned as she read the poster that Piper, leader of team P.K.M.N (a/n:hope I don't get sued for that), gave her.
"Yeah, I heard that it's some time this weekend and their still looking for help setting it up." Sage inquired as she ate her egg sandwich
"Ohhh... can we help set up?" Ocean asked they all raised their eyebrows as they looked at
"Wait, really?" Raine asked, Ocean nodded her head
"Yeah, why not? It's something to do." She replied
"I think that's a good idea." Sage said
"Yeah, me too." Luna agreed
"So what are we waiting for? Let's go sign up." They all finished their food and walked out of the cafeteria to go sign up to help set up the dance.

Ruby looked out the window as snow gently fell from the sky
"Hey Red." Ruby jumped and turned around to see Roman standing there with his signature smirk on his face "Sorry, did I scare you?" He asked, Ruby began to blush as she nodded. He chuckled, that's when Ruby noticed he was holding his hands behind his back
"Hey Roman what's behind your back?" She asked as she raised her eyebrow
"Um... well... remember the secret Santa thing that the staff had to do?" He asked, Ruby nodded
"Yeah, but what does-" she was about to ask when Roman pulled a small box with a golden bow on in out from behind his back and handed it to her
"Well... I'm your secret Santa this year." He said, Ruby opened the box which held a necklace with red a pendent in the shape of her sign on it
"It's... beautiful." Was all she could manage to say, he chuckled as he went behind her and put it on her
"There you go, a rose for a Rose." He smiled as he looked at a blushing Ruby
