In the Land of Divine Continent, there's a renowned myth about the mysterious demigod who bears crystal blue eyes. It was foretold by the oracle that the child within the myths was the one who will bring ethereal peace to humankind; otherwise, the o...
Every creature around them was sheltering, afraid of the silent war that was happening between the blessed child of Pan and the blessed child of Artemis. The wind died, the bushes ceased to rustle. In those frozen seconds, the only thing they could hear was the crunch of the winter floor under their foot.
In the midst of the darkness, a raging storm has begun; the wind blew at its strongest whisper, blowing and winding every corner. The calm water began to rage, the current becomes wild, wanting to escape. And it was a storm happening inside Riley.
Riley's eyes wandered and it landed to Aicelyn's eyes. The crystal blue eyes. He heaved a sigh, he knows that he was traitor for both kinds— He pledges his loyalty to the Titans from the very beginning yet it was broken by the Olympians' Juliet.
He needed to defeat her yet his body won't move. His whole doesn't want to hurt such a precious woman.
And then, Riley avoided her eyes, he looks up on the moon, watching at it changes its color just like eyes of the woman in front.
He was defeated. "The beginning of the end..." he whispered. "Do you see how beautiful the night and the sky when they are together?" Riley asked as she glanced at Aicelyn.
She was caught in surprise, Aicelyn wasn't expecting that question. It was trivial. "You're a man with a double meaning," Aicelyn stated.
Riley amusedly smiled. He knows the story behind the hatred of the night towards the sky. It was the tale of two demigods who have each other back yet one of them turned his back and never returned.
"A simple jealousy slowly turned into chaos."
It was Riley's last words before he disappeared into thin air. Aicelyn looked up to the sky and shut her eyes, she knows that no one can fix the scar, but it can be tended if the ones involved in it were willing to cure it.

"I don't get you," Skyler whispered.
Night scowled and grimaced, "The Great Skyler wouldn't get me, you won't feel the pain I've felt... especially that you were a child of Poseidon." his voice was calm yet the anger and hatred can be felt. His charcoal eyes were burning in anger as he looks at Skyler. "I don't like being your shadow, I don't like being an option when you're not available."
"You were my friend," Skyler stated.
Skyler's mind was already clear that he wouldn't feel any empathy towards Night once he saw him but, looking at him now made a huge difference. Night was his best friend, he was present in every milestone he gets.
"I feel envious of you." Night bitterly laughed, "I was pitiful, I was loathed by the Olympians in the Demigods Academy..."
Skyler's mind went blank. He unconsciously unsummoned his sword, he was longing for his best friend, and for him, a simple sorry could change everything. "Why did you let the darkness swallow me, Sky?" Night asked.
