Chapter 2: Stupid Skyler (New Version)

Say my name and a lot of demigods will react, give praises about me. Not because I am a child of Poseidon but because they considered me as the king of Demigods Academy but in my opinion, I don't need that title.

Back then, they thought I was the holder of the Great Prophecy because of my eyes. They mistook my cerulean eyes from the crystal blue eyes.

The Great Prophecy is the prophecy that has been told seven years ago. It is that the holder of the crystal blue eyes will be the cause of ethereal or our eradication. But no one knows if it's real or not because none of the students in the Demigods Academy obtained that eyes.

Pero sinong bang demigod ang nais sirain ang mundong ginagalawan niya 'di ba?

The cold breeze was embracing my skin. But, I can't help but pursed my lips because of the nervous woman in my back. She was hugging me tightly as if any minute from now she will going to fall.

She's afraid of heights, I presume.

"Hey, are you okay?"

"HAHA! BUTI NGA HINDI PINANSIN!" I heard Simone said. Simone was my pegasus that was specially given by my father, Poseidon.

"Shut up." I beamed.

Lumipas ang oras at natatanaw ko na ang lugar kung saan kami lalapag. Naramdam ko naman ang pagluwag ng yakap niya sa 'kin maging ang paglingon niya sa paligid na tila pinagmamasdan niya ang buong lugar.

"Scared of heights?" I asked her. She timidly nodded and avoided my glance. My pursing lips turned into a small smile.

She's acting cute.

I faced Simone before she could see my smile. "Simone, bumalik ka na. Salamat."

I crossed my arms while impatiently walking to Phoenix and Sue. They are best friends since seven years ago, it was the first time that Phoenix was enrolled in the Demigods Academy. Phoenix has royal blood in his veins though he wasn't acting like one.

Those two are actually enemies turned into best friends. At ngayon puro sila kalokohan dahil kada na lamang palalabasin si Sue sa klase ay gagawa nang paraan si Phoenix upang mapalabas din. Sanay na rin sa kanila si Mr. Panther kaya't nagpapanggap na lamang siyang naiinis kahit natatawa na talaga siya sa dalawang 'yon.

I am bored. And the Aicelyn who was with me seems feeling the same thing I do. Sue might already know who's child Aicelyn is and I am a bit curious about it.

"Godly parent?" I asked.

While she was busy roaming around, she speaks. "Daughter of Artemis."

"You, sure about that? Artemis doesn't want to get married." I said. According to history, Artemis asked Zeus to make a promise that she will never be forced to marry and have everlasting virginity. So, Zeus vowed on the Styx River that he would give her anything she desired, so he promised to fulfill Artemis' wishes.

"Let's go, guys! I'm hungry!" It was Phoenix. He jumped out of his pegasus and pulled Sue in our direction who was busy bidding goodbye to Ruri.

I saw how Sue squinted her eyes to Phoenix who let go of her hand. Lumapit naman si Sue kay Aicelyn. "Ipapasyal ko muna si Aicelyn. Just communicate with us using your telepathy." Sue said. Hinila niya palayo si Aicelyn sa amin.
