Stay With Me? (Ginoza x Reader)

Him, Introducing

--Months After He Confessed--

There you guys were. Together. All 3 of you. Kogami, Ginoza, and you. Not in the same division but you guys worked at the same place. Not long after Nobuchika became the chief of Division 1 and you were proud of him along with Kogami. You also met his father, who he never mentioned. You understood though. He was a latent criminal. But against your Chika-Kun's orders you became close to his father and eventually he became your eyes and ears in Division 1. You couldn't be happier. And as for you, you worked in a lab. Though the system thought you had the aptitude to become an Inspector, you being the little nerd you were worked in a forensics lab and once in a while, your Chika-Kun would come visit you for evidence and such.

One day you decided to come to Division for a little visit. You walked down and the door granted you access to the room Nobuchika was probably in. And to your surprise he was. He looked up from his laptop and you walked over to him. Everyone in the small office has their eyes on you, except for Kogami, he only glanced up and then continued his work.

You walked over and whispered in his ear.

"Why is everyone staring at me?" You asked. "And is it always this quiet?"

He looked over at everyone staring and whispered back to you.

"I don't know why, maybe it's because you're so beautiful."

You slightly blushed.

"Are we still on for lunch Chika-Kun?" You asked.

"Yeah we are. I'll pick you up when it's time" he whispered back.

"Okk then." And the you walked over to Kogami.

"So why is everyone staring?" You whispered to him.

"I don't know. Why are you here anyway?"

You quietly fake gasped. "I can't come to Division 1 to come visit my best friend and boyfriend? I don't feel welcomed here" you said with a giggle.

"GINOZA SENPAI HAS A GIRLFRIEND?!!" A guy with orange hair sitting next to Kogami shouted.

Ginoza looked over from his desk and then got up. You got up as well and Kogami shot a look at the guy. Ginoza walked over to me and as he got closer he stopped. After a few seconds of just standing there he wrapped his arms around me and embraced me in a hug.

"Yeah. I have a girlfriend-"

"Because I'm the best matchmaker of all time. Yes I got them together." Kogami says smugly.

Ginoza shoots him a look and then continues, "Her name is (Y/N) just in case anyone was wondering.

"How long have you guys been together?" A lady with long black hair, pulled into a ponytail asked.

"Almost a year I think"

"Technically for almost 5 years. Considering how long it took you guys to actually confess" Kogami says.

"Heh. I guess huh" I said to him.

"Well it's a pleasure to meet you!" The guy with the orange hair said, "I'm Shusei Kagari"

"I'm Yayoi Kunizuka" the girl with the pulled back ponytail said.

"You already know me", Masaoka said with a chuckle.

"I'm Shion Karanomori" the lady with blond hair says.

"And I'm Mitsuru Sasayama!" A guy with short brown hair says.

"Pleased to meet you all!" I say and then Ginoza pulls me into his office abruptly.

We are in the spacious office and he looks at me.

"Hi." He says.

"Hi!" I say back with a giggle.

He walks over and places he hands firmly onto my waist and leans in. His lip press into mine and I instantly wrap one arm around his neck and another one in his locks of raven hair. We make out for a few minutes being careful, trying not make too much sound. As we pull away Ginoza leans his forehead on mine and we stand like that for a little while. Until my watch beeps alerting me about some evidence Division 3 sent over.

"Ugh. I gotta go babe" I say in his ear.

"Ok then." He kissed me on my lips once more and he walks me out.

"Oh by the way, what time are you leaving the office?" He asks me.

"Uh I don't know, why?"

"No, just asking"

"Haha ok then" and I walk off to my office.

--Time Skip--

"Ahhh... That was a good lunch!",You say.

"Same here. We haven't had a lunch like this in a while."

You agreed. It's been a while since you and Nobuchika had lunch together. You two paid for the meal and then walked back out to your car. As always he opened the door for you and then went to the driver's side of the car. The ride back to work was in comfortable silence. You enjoyed these moments when you just enjoyed the company of the other person. You began day dreaming until a ring sounded in the car.

RING. RING. RING.

Ginoza looked down at his watch and answered the call.

"Yes Ko?"

"There's been a murder. You have to come now."

"Ko, I'm with (Y/N). Can't you wait until I drop her off at the lab?"

"No. Get here now. Even if (Y/N)'s with you. Oh and hi (Y/N)."

"Haha. Hi Ko",You said.

Nobuchika hung up the phone and looked towards you.

"I'm sorry but, I have to take you to the crime scene."

"It's ok Chika-Kun. Remember I had the aptitude become an Inspector?"

"Yeah yeah. But this is the work of a serial killer. I just don't want you to get hurt."

"Don't worry at least that gives me an excuse to be right next to you at all times!" You said.

He chuckled and before we knew it, we were at the crime scene. Everyone greeted me and I took a look at the corpse. It scared me. The way the killer mutilated the body was just sickening. But the smell was what got to me.

"Hey. Are you ok?" Kogami asked, "You look kinda sick. You need to throw up?"

"No I'm fine. It's just the smell of a dead body." You confessed.

"Oh. Then I'll give you some space then." Kogami walked over to Ginoza.

There was an alleyway nearby and you walked over to it. It wasn't to far off so Ginoza could still keep an eye on you. You thought you saw something in the alley. A dark figure. But you thought it was because you were hallucinating from the lack of sleep or from the smell of the body nearby.

"Whatever." You said out loud. And as you walked away, a sickly sweet smelling cloth was covering your nose and mouth, and suddenly you had the urge to blackout. And so you did.
