Trust.

The worst thing you can break.

In the couple of months that I've been here, I've got new family members, got backstabbed, and lost a friend. The good news is that I have gained new friends.

We have been in this little house for a week now, and I train every day, that's how I get my anger out and forget.

Everyday Grover and Raina train me for what is coming, because it will come. I don't think I will ever be ready to see Adrianne again.

I am currently running in the woods trying to get more excercise, sprinting every so often. Grover is running behind me, but is slowing down, out of breath.

"Kendra" whease "we need" whease "to take" whease "a break." whease.

Since when was I more fit than him?

I'm sure going to tease him about it later.

We went and sat on a rock, listening to the silence of nature.

"Kendra, please, just don't overdo yourself in training. I know it's good that you are training and all that, but you're going to hurt yourself if you train too much. I know it's hard for you now that you know about Adrianna, but don't hurt yourself in the process."

I know he is right, so I listen to him.

"Alright fine. Let's go back."

"Hallelujah! I'm going to get my legs back! Hopefully Raina made something to eat!"

I giggled at his comment, and we went back walking.

We were about 5 minutes away from the house when I began to smell smoke. Grover stopped me with his hand, and looked around. I looked up, and saw smoke coming from the house. I showed Grover the smoke and his eyes widened.

He looked back at me.
"Go hide somewhere, I'm going to get Raina."
I nodded, and jogged away, looking for a hiding spot.

I heard something rustle in the bushes, and looked around, but saw nothing, so I turned back around to go look more, but when I turned around, there were a huge man in front of me. He had brown, short hair, and brown eyes, and had a black shirt and jeans on.

"Well hello there, princess." He said to me, and before I could say anything back, something hit me in the head, and next thing i knew, I was laying on the ground.
