~Kendra
I woke up early while it's still dark outside. I couldn't sleep, so I went to the gym. Maybe I should trust Axl about what he said about my legs. I tried wiggling my toes, but nothing happened. I sighed.
Think, Kendra, think about all the things that you can do again if you just wiggle your toes. When I opened my eyes, my toes were wiggling. Axl was right! I just have to think positive!
I closed my eyes again to concentrate. Climbing stairs, ride a bike, run...
I opened my eyes again, and my feet were wiggling. I can do this!"Yes! I can't believe that I am actually wiggling my feet!" I said aloud.
"Good, now you have to stand up." I heard his familiar voice. I turned my wheelchair towards him.
"Why are you up so early?" I asked him. He shrugged "I heard you talking." he simply said."Now, stand up." he said, although it sounded kind of demanding.
I closed my eyes again. I couldn't think of anything, accept Axl. I opened my eyes, but nothing happened.
" I can't." I simply said.He walked to me and in one quick move, he swiped me from my wheelchair into his arms.
"Do you trust me?" he asked.
I nodded my head yes."Do you believe in me?"
I thought about it for a second. Flashes of us doing stuff together and laughing together came in my mind. In the last two months, we grew close to each other, and we became the best of friends, even if he gets a little moody sometimes. I smiled at the memories.
"Yes, I do believe in you." I answered him.
He stared at me with his ice blue eyes, and I stared at him. I looked at his newly-dyed blood-red hair, and put my hands through it.
"Then why don't you believe in yourself?" He took me out of my trance.
"What do you mean?" I asked him.
"Look down." he simply told me.I frowned and looked down, and I was shocked. He didn't hold me in his arms anymore. I'm standing. I'm actually standing! I looked at Axl, and he had a smug on his face.
The next thing I knew, I was kissing him. He didn't even resist, he kissed me back the minute my lips touched his.

I woke up with a big headache.
Well, I wouldn't be sleeping anytime soon.I got out my bed, and went to my bottle of pills. I drank my daily pills, and a pill for my headache.
I see pictures of Kendra in my head walking up stairs, riding a bike and running.
I'll have to train her how to keep her thoughts to herself for next training.
I walked to the training room, where Kendra is sitting with her back towards me. Wow! I didn't think that she will learn how to walk this quick!
And yes, I did lie to her about how long it takes people to walk again.
I saw her wiggling her toes, and smiled at her. In the past two months, I was beginning to like her, but now, after watching her do something that usually took people ages to do, I think that I love her. She is very brave, and now I know that she is strong.
"Good, now you have to stand up." she turned my way, and her face lit up.
She did as I said, and tried to focus, but all that was on her mind, was me.
She likes me too!
When she opened her eyes, nothing happened."I can't." she said with a frown. Thank goodness she didn't see my red cheeks a second ago.
I got an idea. I walked to her, and picked her up.
***
I stared at her beautiful blue eyes, and I fell in love. I fell hard. I let her go, because I felt her legs beginning to sway back and forth. She didn't even realise she was standing.
"Then why don't you believe in yourself?" I asked her.
"What do you mean?" she asked me. "Look down." I took a little step back, to see her reaction. She had shock in her eyes.
I smiled, because I knew that I was the one who helped her to stand.
The next thing I knew, her lips were on mine, and I felt fireworks go off!
I know that I love her, and she loves me. I trust her, and I'm going to tell her about my secret. Tonight.
