Chapter 10. Threat

Note: Hey guys! Back again with another chapter! I will not update the week before Christmas because of the amount of exams piled in that week but I will update during Christmas break (which ends on January 2nd for me). But yeaah. Besides that, no new announcements so let's get rollin'!

                       *Morning*
     "Alrighty. Everyone ready?" Buck asked, looking at everyone.
      The whole pack nodded.
     "Good. Let's start heading off then!" Buck said and started to walk off.
     You guys followed.

     After about what seemed like forever of walking, you guys heard some rustling in the bushes nearby.
     "Anyone else hear that?" Diego asked.
     Your ears perked up and the rustling was heard yet again. "Yeah. You're not the only one." You said.
     Buck then stopped all of you as you guys heard some low growling.
     "Well whatever that is, they sure do sound angry." Diego said.
     "Buck. What did you do this time?" You asked, crossing your arms and putting a stern look on your face.
     Buck put his arms up in defense. "I swear, I did nothing!" He said.
     You rolled your eyes. "Yeah. Sure." You said sarcastically.
     "Oh you did something, Weasel." You guys heard a voice say.
     He had dark brown fur, a white underbelly, and green, angry eyes.
     He was also a wolf.
     "What the hell did I even do, Dawn?!" Buck asked, turning to Dawn.
     "You know what you did." Dawn said, sitting down.
     You kooked at Buck. Getting even more angrier at him than before.
     Buck then looked at you. "What?! I mean it! I didn't do anything!" He said.
     Dawn the growled. "You took my family from me!" He said.
     "I would never do anything THAT extreme!" Buck argued.
     "Um. Aren't you forgetting that YOU'RE the one that almost got me killed when we were kits?!" You yelled.
     Buck sighed, getting annoyed. "That was a long time ago! I didn't know any better! And I thought we were over that!" Buck said.

     "This is getting bad." Diego said.
     "Well duh! Why are we all just standing here and doing nothing? We need to do something before things turn into violence!" Ellie said.
     "Guy, guys. Sid's got this." Sid said, walking up to you three.
     "I doubt this will work." Diego said.
     Ellie nodded, agreeing.

     Meanwhile, you, Buck & Dawn were still arguing.
     Oh, you were just about ready to punch Buck.
     That's when you guys heard someone clearing their throat.
     "What Sid? We were in the middle of something here!" You said.
     "Can't you guys just solve this without arguing please?" Sid said.
     You, Buck & Dawn all looked at each other.
     "And we do that how?" You asked.
     "Well, you guys can always just talk it out." Ellie said, walking up besides Sid.
     "Yeah. There really is no need for arguing." Peaches added.
     "So, Dawn. Are you sure it was Buck who took your family from you?" Ellie asked, looking at Dawn.
    "Yes. I'm sure." Dawn said.
    "Well, if Buck says that he didn't do anything, then there must've been another weasel that looked similar to him that must've taken your family." Ellie said.
    "That's true." Dawn admitted.
    "Maybe we can help you find your family." You said.
    You then heard Buck sigh in relief. "Oh, you are NOT off the hook yet Mister!" You said.
    "It's a deal." Dawn said.
    "Well then, it's official. Mission: Help Dawn Find His Family. Is a go!" Peaches said, smiling.
    "Yeah." Dawn said. Nodding and smiling.

    You guys then headed off.

Note: Hey guys! Hope you enjoyed that chapter! I will not be updating during exam week. I will be absent from Wattpad that week (December 12th- the 16th). But I will be back and active again during Christmas Break (December 19th- January 2nd). Soo yeah.
