"You ready to go carter?" darry asked getting ready to walk out the door. "Yeah just give me a minute" i told him. He nodded and went to the car. Yoday i am going to an ultrasound so they can tell me what the babys gender will be. Im not gonna tell any of the gang the gender because I want it to be a surprise. They are literally betting on the gender of the baby. Im hoping for a girl. "Bye guys" i said before walkong out the door. I was followed with a buch of byes and good lucks. "Bring me back a case of beer please" i heard two-bit yell. I shook my head while laughing. I got in the car with darry and we left. "So, you want me to ask buck to give us our own privite party righ?" darry asked. I nodded and thought of fun games to play while we were at the party. Definetly turth or dare. And im gonna do some contests. "Hey darry after this can we go to the store so i can grav supplies?" i asked him. He nodded as we arrived at the hospital. I got out the car and walked in. We waited for about 30 minutes before the doctor cane out. "Carter mists" he said. I got up and walked into the room. "Ok get ready this is honna be cold." the doctor told me. I nodded and he lifted up my shirt. He put some cold gel on my stomach and i could of sworn i saw dally in the room smiling. Then i felt something hold my hand. He is here with me. He wants to know what the gender is too. I calmed down a little knowing that he was here with me. "Ok are you ready to know the gender of your baby?" the doctor asked. I nodded woth a smile on my face. "The gender of your baby is......
A girl." he told me. I squealed in joy. I was hoping for a girl. Welcome to the world scarlett winston. I saw dally smile in the corner of the room. "Thank you doctor" i said before walking out. I saw darry and ran to him. Darry was the only one i was gonna tell the gender to. "So" he said. I smiled. "Its a girl." i told him. He had a big smile on his face and i could tell that was what he wanted to have. "Im happy for you" he said. We go into the car and drove to the store. We bought streamers, soda, chips, beer, balloons, confetti, pink feathers, and 2 cakes. 1 for a girl and 1 for a boy. When we got up to the register, the total was 12.00. Darry offered to pay but i denied. We argued for a while until i gave in.
