POV Spencer

We just came back from Barkersfield with the team and we welcolmed a new agent whose name's Kate. She's nice but it will take some time to know her and see her as a member of our family. Morgan saw that my mind wasn't fully on the case. He asked me if something happened and of course if i felt the need to take dilaudid again. They're nice but sometimes i wish they'd let me keep my private life for myself. Of course i understand that we have to protect each other.
All i could think about was this girl i saw last week. I was finishing a book when i felt the need to see her. So i took my bag, my phone, my keys and i left my apartment to go to the coffee shop. This shop where i felt at ease and comfortable.

POV June

This morning when i woke up i did what i always do; taking a shower, eating, dressing, listening to radio then leaving for work. I felt like this day would be like any other but i was wrong. When i arrived at the shop i saw the man sat beside the window like he did last week. I smiled without even being aware of it. When i entered the shop i was met with James.
"Hello June how are you today ?" He asked me.
"Fine. I'm really fine." I answered with the smile still on my face.
"Katie is not there today."
"I'm sure she just came home early this morning. It's totally her."
"Yeah i know but she brings men to the bar so i can forgive her."
"Are you saying i don't bring men ? Am i not charming ?"
"No sorry that's not what i meant. You know i really like the way you are you're just both different." He answered guilty.
"It's ok i am kidding." I laughed.

POV Spencer

When i saw her arriving in the shop she was blushing again like last week. I didn't know if i was the reason of this change of color but it warmed me up and i smiled like a stupid kid. She went to the bar to talk to her boss and as their discussion went on i suddenly heard a beautiful sound. She laughed. Lord it was so pure and childish.
She went behind the bar and came back with an apron. I was nervous when i saw her approaching me.

She was really beautiful. No make up on her face so pure so clean and so true. I wanted to count her freckles but it would have been weird to ask her that. I saw her walking straight to me but something caught my eyes. She was touching her hands a lot as if trying to hide them but completely failing. Her hands were red and scarred as if she fought or something.

Maybe i saw that because i was a profiler or because i was amazed by all the details about her

She came in front of me a bit scared.
"Hi i'm June and i'll be your waitress. Do you already know what you want ?"
Fascinated. That's it i was fascinated by her voice. Yeah of course i know what i want. Listening to you all day.
"Euh yeah i'd like a coffee with seven sugar and a chocolate muffin please." I answered.
"Seven sugar you know i don't want to kill you. Doesn't it make a lot ?" I asked smiling.
"Don't worry i'm fine. My mom always tell me to eat more."
"Ok i'll put that sugar's hill in your coffee." I said joking before leaving.

POV June

I was still smiling when i made his coffee. He was special in every way. And his voice damn it it made my legs feel like noodles. I don't know how i survived there.
When i came back with his order i tried to not spill everything on him. He thanked me and when i looked in his eyes i was stuck. I nearly fell so i sat in front of him on the chair. He normally would have been surprised of my attitude but i felt like he was as much stuck as me. We must have spend two or three minutes just looking at each other without talking. That's when James called me that i broke our connection.
"Sorry." I whispered before standing and walking quickly away from this man. I didn't even know his name. I must have looked crazy.

POV Spencer

I felt broken when she whispered "sorry" to me. I was thinking why are you sorry we were good nothing was wrong we were just together. Was she ashamed ? I hope no because what i felt was new to me not even Maeve made me feel that. Maybe because we never met before her death. I spent the entire day there just looking at her. Maybe her boss was thinking i was a pervert or something. I must have looked like one. I left just before the shop closed.
