POV June

This book was really good and it calmed me. I understood why Spencer's mom used to read it to him when he was young. I went to put it back on the shelf when i heard the door open. My heart stopped when i thought it was him. I turned around to see Spencer. I knew something was wrong. He didn't act normally.

"What are you doing here ?" I asked scared of his answer.
He didn't have the time to answer. Two men entered behind him. I knew them from the hospital. I remembered the woman too.
"Spencer ?"
"We're here to take your statement about what happened." He finally answered.

I knew they would have to come sooner or later.
Spencer came closer to me and i looked up at him.

"Are you ready ?"
"I don't know. Will you stay there ?"
"I'll stay if you want me to. You know i'll never be disgusted by you." He told me.
I simply nodded.

Spencer sat on a chair beside me and the men and the woman on the sofa.

I explained everything from the night he scared me and kidnapped me to the warehouse.

"Did he raped you ?" The blond woman asked me. I instantly saw Spencer glaring at her. I took his hands in mine to calm him.
"He didn't. He just touched ....me." I tried to look confident but the memories were in my head.
"It's okay you're safe now." The woman said putting her hands on my knee. I flinched.
"I'm sorry." I whispered.
"Don't it's normal."
I could feel Spencer squeezing my hands. I knew it was hard for him to hear me talk about it.

"Do you know why he stabbed you ?" The older man asked me.
"He was touching me...euh.. down and he asked me if i... liked it so i threw up on him." I felt so dirty saying this. "He became angry and he stabbed me." I explained.
I could feel Spencer trying to stay calm but i knew he needed to let it out.
"We have what we need. Thank you for this. We'll let you rest." The man who looked so serious told me.

Spencer let go of my hands to lead them to the front door. The woman came closer to me.
"He loves you." She murmured. It made me smile. She smiled back and left.

When Spencer came back he kept his head down.
"Hotch told me to stay with you today."
"Let it out." I said.
"What ?"
"Your anger needs to get out so let it. No matter how."
He looked at me and i could see tears in his eyes.
"Don't be scared of showing me yourself angry." I tried to reassure him.
He just left. In a second he wasn't there anymore. I couldn't force him to stay so i just had to wait. But i was scared.

I stayed all day in front of the window hoping he would come back soon.
It was during the night that he finally came back. I was on the bed. I didn't even eat.
He got inside the room and immediately went to the bathroom. I was too tired to get in the wheelchair so i decided to wait again.
When he got out he was shirtless and it didn't make me uncomfortable this time. I was too worried.
He came on the bed and laid down without saying anything. He turned towards me and his eyes met mine. I instantly saw his hands.

I took it in mine and caressed it softly trying not to hurt him. I didn't want to know what he did. He was there and that was the most important thing. We didn't need to talk so we just looked at each other knowing everything was alright. Here together in this bed in silence.

I knew we would have to deal with our memories of what happened to be together and carry on in our life

I saw Spencer getting tired. His eyes were heavy and i kept touching his hands. I wanted to make sure he knew i was there. Safe. I kissed his cheek before falling asleep.
