"Astonishing to think he actually came along to an art gallery". Heidi hissed, scrunching up her nose at Alex.

A low chuckle escaped my lips, "Well, he's my boyfriend, who else do you expect to accompany me as my plus one?"

"Right. No comments Ash, no comments". Heidi grimaced, her eyes scurrying the piece of art-work that stood before us. I admired the piece with such admiration. People blessed with that talent is sure one hell of a special person, I tell you. Who would thought that there was such hidden talent in Chester's Ville?

"Are you guys done talking about how dashing I look?" Alex smirked, as he strided towards me.

He wore a deep blue suit, sharp-looking, and well-fitted. Exactly the sort of thing that a woman would pick out for her man to wear to a formal event like this. And those shoes, beyond perfect. But what else should I have expected? He is my boyfriend after-all. Rich, classy, goodlooking, perfect gentleman.

"Yea, like that would happen mr.fancy pants. I'd rather drool over Trevor all day rather than you douche bag". Heidi snapped.

Alex face hardened, "Oh yea? Is that right? And who-ever told you to include Quentin in this. This has nothing to do with Quentin does it?" He raised his brow at her, his jaw clenched.

"Yeah, you're right. It doesn't, because Trevor shouldn't be included in such a conversation which is quite very low life". She smirked smugly.

"Well well, sorry to intrude but did I just happen to hear the names ; Trevor and Quentin being mentioned here". I heard a voice from behind me. I whipped around to see Trevor standing behind me. For a slight moment there I felt a smile creep unto my face. What is wrong with you? So now you're happy to see Trevor? Smooth Ash.

His gaze fixed into mine and for a second there, I felt like the little version of me; I just wanted to ran up to him and hug him like we used to.

His beautiful green eyes were almost piercing through me. I cleared my throat and looked away feeling a pit of awkwardness in my stomach.

"Ha. Well I've heard that people hear and see what they want". Alex scolded, his voice hard.

A chuckle escaped Trevor's lips, "Well, let me tell you something rich boy, I sure as hell know what I'm talking about". He grimaced.

It was then....I noticed Trevor's arm wrapped around someone else's. I was trying so hard to avoid this situation, especially because of the moment me and Trevor shared at Billy. But here Trevor was, arm in arm with another girl...

My eyes flicked up and met the deep, blue eyes of a long red headed girl, who had a huge, white teethed smile plastered on her face.

A weary feeling washed over me as I stared at the girl infront of me. It was almost as if she was "perfect". Her skin was so beautiful and had a natural glow to it, her eyes were just remarkably so deep blue and mesmerizing, her lips were just so perfectly shaped! And the best part was she didn't even wear much makeup and her face looked as smooth as silk!

If I didn't know better I think I might have just been gaping at her.

Then, kaboom. Her eyelashes batted and she met my gaze causing me to abruptly snap my head away and pretend to be looking for something in my purse when actually I was really fiddling with my fingers. Good God Ashley, what's your deal anyway?

It's not like she's some super-star that just made your self-confidence drop way below the ground, or wait, did she just make that happen?

"Ashley, you look very stunning in that dress". I quickly snapped out of my thoughts and met Trevor's gaze. He wore a smug smirk on his face and his green eyes were glowing from the reflection of the lightning in the room. It was then I noticed how dashing he looked in that tux he was wearing. His hair was neatly styled to perfection and that black suit definitely brought out his eyes. Woah, he wasn't that bad looking after all. That boy sure did know how to dress to impress.
