"Hello?" I heard a soothing voice trying to talk to me, "It's past noon. Why aren't you awake yet?" She grew louder as she spoke. I suddenly jumped up as if someone of great power was attacking me. "Whoa, hey, calm down. Easy now." A few short seconds was all I needed. "What's wrong?" she asked.
"Oh, dear, I couldn't find Lily," I said to Zelda. "At the hospital last night, I walked into an interactive a.i. voice. Once I heard the voice, the doors behind me locked. Hopefully that explains why I wasn't home until much later last night. I couldn't leave until I was done making the animatronic nurses (yes, they do have animatronics for an unknown reason) operable for the next day. I ended up in a room with an observatory and a place for two of the animatronics whose names were Balora and Foxy. When I check for Balora, she wasn't on her stage, but I emited "a controlled shock". It obviously worked since I checked the light again and she was dancing. I checked on Foxy next. A few lights were out, but overall she wasn't there. Because of this I was told to emit a controlled shock. I tapped the correct button just to hear a fuzz. I tried again, but the same thing happened again. I was immediately told there was a power malfunction and the systems would need to be restarted. I looked all over the room in panic to find a hiding place, and I found one under the desk with a flashlight. I was told not to make eye contact, and I was also told the animatronics would roam freely all over the halls until the systems restarted. I hid under the desk and turned the flashlight on. When I was under the desk, I saw holes made by something poking through the metal and the same red as the tragic event against me. I saw an eye looking within, and the door started opening. Doing everything I could to keep my cool and close the door without showing my fingers scared me so much I thought everything could hear my heart beat. I managed to shut the door only to have to fight the animatronic again. This time it almost opened the door had it not lost its grip. The power finally came back on, and I was told to go down the hall in which I entered, find the control room, and restart the Funtime Auditorium manually. I went into the room and restarted the system while keeping an eye for nearby electronics. Once I did restart the systems, I was told I could go home. It was three in the morning, and I hadn't looked for Impa, so that's what I did. I was being careful not to bump into any animatronics along the way, listening for the footsteps and electronic breathing. I searched all but four rooms in the building - the four I didn't explore were locked. Eventually, fear and panic crashed into me at the velocity and weight of a freight train, so I eventually found my way out. By then I took out my phone, and it was three-thirty in the morning. I finally got on my bike and rode back home."
There was a bit of silence before Sara spoke again.
"So, basically, the hospital WAS haunted, and after a few tasks you started looking for the General but came back home with empty arms."
"Yes, that's one way to put it, but I think I know why I didn't see the General," I responded."
"The locked doors?" Zelda asked.
"No. I went into most of the rooms, yet only one had a broken window. I think she was well again, sooner than the nurse thought she would be. Although, one thing bothers me."
"What?"
"What if the nurse was correct, but General Impa had a fairy in a bottle with her? Maybe she knew about the animatronics before I did."
"How would she have gotten the fairy?
"Oh, good point. Oh! One possibility is she found out - let's not worry so much about it. I'm sure she's fine." Swoosh! Everything just changed to the same, white emptiness that yet was full. I noticed I could walk, so I had a look around. I saw the General and one of the animatronics from the hospital. It was painted red, and she was the source of the paint. Poof! Everything snapped back to be. "Oh, no," I said with a horrifically annoyed voice.
"Did you see her?" Princess Zelda asked.
"Yes, but she lost a lot of blood," I replied.
"Wait, was there a clock in the room?" I remembered looking at a digital clock by the receptionist desk.
"It read 01:00
"It's only 20:00."
"Wha- H- How?! I need to go back now." I ran up both flights of stairs, ran to my room, put on my uniform, ran down both flights of stairs, hopped on my bike, and rode off to the hospital.
