"Hey, Link," a voice said softly and gently.
"It's time to wake up," another said. After a few seconds, I was sitting up in... bed with Zelda?! Keturah was there with us, though not considering us (as in, well, us (Zelda and I)).
"Zelda, did Keturah tell you about last night?" I asked, using all my energy to keep my cool.
"No," she replied.
"I'll tell you my story after he tells you his," Keturah spoke.
"Here's my story," I started to say. "Last night, my job was in the third locked door which was unlocked. After walking through the entrance, I walked through the left hall of the square first floor. As I was walking down that hall, I heard footsteps, so I started walking faster. There, in the back of the first floor, was the group of locked doors. Only two were locked now, and I knew which one was my job that night. I was about to open the door until I heard someone behind me say:
'You're going to need help.' As you could imagine, I questioned if I could trust her or not, but the Goddess Farore hath given the answer to me. That's when I met Keturah, or Mary before her name was changed. Before we went in, we asked for what we were going to do. Peter told us we were taming Atarah, a bunny, muscular (truly strong), human-toothed, dark green animatronic. That's right. The night before, he told me that animatronic was unregistered. Back to the current night, he lied to me about it because he didn't want me to leave and not come back. With Keturah, I opened the door and entered the room. What I saw was basically a destroyed hospital room. Everything was torn to pieces except for a small closet. Though it did have scratches on it, anyone could still use it. That was the moment when I backed off in pain as the metal claws of Atarah slid through my right arm. Ketura, being a sorceress, cast a spell on the room to illuminate it. There it was with its eye sockets bigger than its red, mean eyes. I immediately started attacking it, and (not to brag) I was using actual swordsmanship and martial arts." I turned to Keturah, "Right?"
"Yes, indeed he did," she replied.
"After a good, long fight, it finally plunged its teeth into my right arm, and I fell to the ground in pain and defeat. It would have killed me had Keturah not made a barrier to contain the monster, healed me, and had a go at it herself. I had finally gathered enough strength to plunge my sword through its body as it bit Keturah's hand off. I immediately regretted it when I realized-" I couldn't help but start to break as I knew whether or not it attacked, I was wrong in doing what I did.
"What?" Zelda asked with great kindness and concern. I tried to finish, but I couldn't, for what I did was a horrid thing to do and would surly make me wanted. Because of this, Keturah was about to speak for me.
"He-"
"No! Keturah. It is my story to tell." At this point everyone could tell I did something bad. "I-" I could still hear it in my head. "I killed someone." I was finally able to say it. Zelda gasped at the horror I caused.
"Now it's my turn to tell my story, but first let's console Link. I'll go find Impa." Keturah walked out of the room and down the stairs when Zelda leaned over, providing me with comfort and a safe place alongside a warm, loving hug.
"Thank you," I said, calmer now "for everything you've done and you're doing to comfort me and help me through these events."
"And thank you," Sara replied, "for being my Hero of Time when I needed it most." I couldn't resist the warm hugs that comforted me so much, but we finally sat up... and just in time.
"First things first, is everyone alright?" Lily asked.
"Yes," the three of us replied in unison.
"You need to know what happened last night," Keturah told Impa.
"Well, get to it please."
"Here's my story: For the past week, I have been trying to find the Hero of Time because the Goddess Farore turned the room from many colors to a blinding white in which vision wasn't impaired. She told me where to go to find Link, and eventually I found him in the back of a single-floor hospital-"
"It's not one floor," I interrupted.
"What leads you to believe that?" Impa asked.
"On night two of being there, the night I found you, I was granted a new and courageous power. Along with it came the power to sense evil. I sensed a great evil in that hospital, and it was above me. Unless it's on the ceiling, which is highly doubted, it must have been on another floor." There were a few seconds of silence. "I'll look into that tonight when I go back, but let's let Keturah finish her story."
"As I was saying," Mary started again, "The Hero and I asked Peter (whoever that was) what the strengths of an animatronic named Atarah were. After that we both walked in, Link with a flashlight in hand. We saw everything was torn up except a wardrobe, which only had scratches. It was instantly after that Atarah scratched his right arm with three metal claws. I cast a spell upon the room to enlighten it. Standing there was Atarah, tall and strong. Hands made of metal and teeth made of human mold and bone, I don't see how it wouldn't have scared anyone. Link took out his sword and started fighting, but I must say he had skill. Eventually, though, one of Atarah's attacks slipped past him and bit his right arm deeply, blood flying everywhere, his bones quite visible. I knocked Atarah to the ground and placed a barrier as I rushed to Link to heal it. All the blood came back and entered his arm, and his bones were repaired and placed in his arms again. As I rose to have my turn at Atarah, it rose with me. Using only my hands and sorcery, I started fighting it. I had it very well beat, but as I turned to Link, he wasn't there, and my right hand not being there sent me back in pain. At the same time, I heard the thrusting of a sword through Atarah. Unfortunately, instead of a broken core, I heard the crunching and yelp of a human struggling for life. Link was horrified at the fact but still kept calm and ran to me. He asked if I was able to heal myself, and I told him I couldn't. He quickly left the room for a few minutes and came back with a fairy in a bottle. He suddenly started looking up to the ceiling for a few seconds then came back to me. He then held my right arm, which was filled with blood at this point and something strange for him to do had happened. All the blood started gathering around my hand which was miraculously being made again." At this point, everyone was looking at me, and I was looking at them in agreement to Mary. "I hadn't enough energy to stand, so Link carried me meticulously and quickly out the door and all the way back here at 01:00 today."
There were a few moments of silence.
"I've got to go back there tonight and tomorrow night," I said, breaking the silence and jumping everyone a little.
"Not without me you're not," everyone said in unison.
"That is not a problem concerning me, but let us have some dinner first."
"Before that, I want to know something," Zelda started, "How did you mentally survive what happened from your family to now?" I sat there in silence the first few seconds.
"I didn't. I look so contained because none of you deserve my grief and wrath." Another few seconds of silence followed afterwards. We all then walked downstairs to eat dinner before our trip to the hospital.
