Ross's POV

"Good morning," I said Saturday morning as I walked into the dining room where the rest of my family were sitting. "Good morning, Ross. Sleep well?" Riker asked as I sat down next to him and I nodded. "Yeah I slept really good. You?" I asked and he nodded. "Good thanks," he said and I nodded before the maids placed the food in front of us. "Do you have your suit honey?" Mother asked as we started eating and I nodded my head. "Yes I have it, Mother. Thank you for organising it," I said and she nodded with a smile. "Where are you getting dressed?" Father asked me. "At Rochè's," I said and both Rocky and Ryland looked at me. "Why are you dressing at Rochè's?" Rocky asked. "I'm escorting the princess to the ball tonight," I smirked at him and he swallowed his food. "Oh that's nice. Does she know that?" he asked and I rolled my eyes. "Well she's the one who personally asked me so yes she knows," I said and he looked at me, shocked. "How? That never happens," he stated and I felt myself smirk. "Well it happened Monday afternoon, brother," I stated and saw Riker looking between the two of us. "I like Rochè. She seems nice," Rydel spoke up and I saw Ellington nod. "Yeah she's really nice. We talked at the previous ball," he said and I nodded.

"When will you be going over to Rochè's?" Father asked me. "She invited me to come later. We're going to have lunch there and then get ready," I said and saw Rocky glaring at me slightly from across the table. "That's nice of her. Hold our name high, yeah?" Father requested and I nodded. "Of course," I said before we continued eating. After we ate I made sure I was presentable, I had on some suit pants and a button up, but it wasn't completely buttoned, and shoes with my watch. I fixed my hair before walking down the hall and stairs and I climbed into the car. Joseph started driving the car to the Karsten castle and I noticed my suit for tonight in the car. After a minute or two we stopped in front of the castle and Joseph opened the door for me and I thanked him. "Good day, Prince Lynch," Charlotte said as she got to me and I smiled at her. "Hello, Charlotte," I said and Joseph stood next to us with the suit. "I'll take that," Charlotte said and I quickly objected. "No it's fine I'll take it," "I have instructions to put it into the room where you'll be getting ready. Shades please escorts Prince Ross to Princess Rochè," Charlotte said as she grabbed the suit before walking off and I followed Shades inside of the castle. He led me up the stairs and to a room filled with couches and a huge fireplace. Basically a living room. "Hi," I spoke up as I saw Rochè sitting on a seat with her right leg crossed over her left one and a book on her lap. She was writing something. Her head snapped up to me and she gave me a smile and I noticed Shades walk out of the room. "Hi," Rochè smiled and stood up before giving me a hug. "Thank you for coming with me tonight," Rochè said as we were still hugging. "You're welcome," I said and we pulled back. "You look beautiful," I said as I grabbed her hand and spun her around as her giggles filled the room.

"Thank you

"Thank you. You look handsome," she said and I smiled at her. "Thank you. So what are you up to?" I asked and she walked to her book. "Nothing much. Just drawing," she shrugged and I rose an eyebrow. "I didn't know you draw," I said and she blushed. "It's not that good. Just something I've been doing the past days," she said and looked into my eyes. "Can I see?" I asked and she blushed before handing me the book. I opened it and my mouth immediately fell open. "Rochè this is amazing," I said in awe as I looked at the drawings.
