Ross's POV

"Does this look alright?" I asked my tailor as I turned to him and he squinted his eyes as he looked me up and down. "I think I just need to," he trialed off as he kneeled in front of me and did something at the bottom of my blazer. "Prince Lynch," my tailor, Alexander, started and I hummed. "Not to ask questions that shouldn't be asked, but may I ask why you are so excited?" Alexander asked and I looked down at him. "You will found out tomorrow, maybe. Let's say I ask someone to take my hand in marriage tonight, do you think the suit will convince them to say yes?" I asked teasingly and he smirked up at me. "Absolutely, prince Lynch," Alexander said and I nodded before he stood up again. "I would say that you are ready, prince. Is there anything you'd like to change?" he asked and I turned to the mirror.

"Yes this is fine. Thank you, Alexander," I said and Alexander stood up before giving me a small bow. "Prince Lynch," Alexander said hesitantly and I removed my blazer. "Yes?" I asked and turned to him. "Uhm- I have the utmost respect for you and I can't explain how grateful I am to be your tailor. But I just want to know, if you get married," he trailed off and I raised an eyebrow. "Yes?" "Well- I mean- is there a chance that you'll get a new tailor?" he asked worriedly and I smiled reassuringly. "You have nothing to worry about. You are the best tailor I've had. I won't fire you or anything," I assured him and he smiled before bowing. "Thank you, Prince Lynch. If that is all I shall be on my way out. Enjoy your evening, Prince," Alexander said as he grabbed his big bag and I escorted him to the door. After telling a guard to escort him to the front door, I walked back into my room before there was a knock on the door. "Come in," I spoke before the door opened and my lovely sister walked in.

"Hi," I smiled and she smiled back. "Ross can I talk to you?" Rydel asked and she looked at me with a stressed expression on her face. "Of course," I said as we sat down on my neatly made bed. "Is everything alright?" I asked and she sighed. "I have to tell you something," she spoke softly and I placed a hand on her back. "You can talk to me, Delly," I said as I gently rubbed her back. "I don't know who else to tell," she said softly and I frowned in worry. "Ross. Uhm- I'm late," Rydel said and I looked at her confused. "For a hair appointment?" I asked confused and she shook her head before looking into my eyes. "Ross. I'm late," Rydel said sternly and I realised what she was saying.

"You're late?" I asked with wide eyes and she nodded. "And I've been throwing up the past week. Also I have very weird cravings," she said and I grinned at her. "Delly that's amazing," I said and she looked at me while nibbling on her lip. "You don't think Ellington will be mad?" she asked and I chuckled softly. "He's your husband, Rydel. Why would he be mad?" I asked and she looked at me for a second. "You're right. I should tell him. Thank you, Ross," she said before giving me a tight hug and walking out of my room.

I grinned widely as I thought about what just happened. I'm going to be an uncle!

"Okay so it seems like everyone looks alright. You girls look amazing," Mother smiled at the girls as we were all standing downstairs. We were just about to leave. The girls all looked nice, but they made sure not to stand the princess up. Tonight's Rochè's night and absolutely nobody can show off on the princess's birthday. It's like a rule almost.

I looked around the room and I felt myself begging to get anxious. Tonight's the night I will be officially proposing to Rochè. I know we are already engaged, but tonight I will be proposing in front of all the highest people. Kings, queens, princes, princesses, government, mayors, basically anyone in a high position you can think of.

"I would say we are ready to go," Father said as he looked at all of us and his eyes looked me up and down. "Well then let's go," Mother said excitedly before wrapping her arms around my dad's and anxiously dragging him to the door. All of us followed them before slipping into the long limo.

"I think this is going to be one of the most talked about birthdays of all time," Riker said and everyone nodded in agreement. "That's true," Rydel said as she crossed her legs and I leaned back into my seat.

After a few minutes we stopped in front of the castle and a guard opened the door for us. Mother and Father got out first and then the rest of the kids. Paparazzi were taking tons of photos as we walked up the stairs that was covered in a red carpet and walked in inside.

First the glove and cloak ceremony will be taking place so that's where everyone was headed. The coronation room. The room doesn't get used very often and when it does, it's only when a new king or queen is crowned or when a prince or princess turns an adult. Tonight Rochè will be receiving her royal cloak along with her white gloves.

The white gloves is a necessity for the queen. There are strict rules when it comes to shaking the hand on the queen or the princess. It should be a gentle touch, nothing more. No squeezing, shaking or patting with the other hand is permitted. When the queen or princess go to balls and such they should wear their gloves.

The cloak is seen as a sign of power. Only the royal family of Europe, the Karstens, are each given one on their 21st birthday. If you marry into the family then you shall receive a cloak. Other royals have to do something extraordinary to get cloaks. Mother and Father each has a cloak, but it's not everyday you see a royal with a cloak.

The coronation room was extraordinary. There were big French doors that lead to a balcony. On each side of the balcony there was a staircase where you could descend. The room was made of a cream coloured stone and guards were standing on the staircases. There was a guard on every third step and they were standing tall and proud as they looked in front of them.

Suddenly someone with a crane stomped it on the ground and silence filled the air. "Tonight princess Rochè Harmony Karstens will be given her cloak and white gloves. It is a tradition that the head princess of Europe will be given cloak and gloves on their 21st birthday. After that the princess will be seen as one of the most powerful people in the world. The ceremony shall now begin," the guy said and I then noticed a throne standing next to him.

The French doors opened and behind them Rochè was standing. She looked breathtakingly gorgeous. The dress she had on made her body look magnificent and the colour brought out her eyes.

As soon as she took her first step it was so silent in the room that you could her a needle dropping. Her head was held high and she was oozing authority and demanding attention and respect as she walked forwards and looked over her crowd.

One thing that happens very rarely is when someone bows down to an uncrowned king or queen. For bowing for an uncrowned queen was seen very little happening. But when an aura so powerful stands above you it's like something automatically happens in your body. Your body moves without even getting signals from your brain.

For that night, for the first time in over 50 years, the people of Europe - inside and outside the castle - were bowing to their uncrowned queen.

And it was the first time in history that the king and queen of a nation, bowed down to their child and future queen.
