*Amaya's POV*

As soon as we entered the school,Jacob made a sharp turn and started towards the opposite way of me. I raised my eyebrows, looking at him and about to say something, but I just shrugged it off. We were on a different hall than the rest of the bunch,so I had no one to talk to. I made my way up to the front office, getting my schedule and making my way to my locker. After putting up my stuff and getting out my books,I walked to my first class. I had no idea where it was,and I asked people I walked past, but some just gave me a weird look, and some just ignored me and kept walking. I sighed and continued to look for it,and I finally found it. When I entered,I saw a few people in there, and decided to sit in the back. I looked to the side and saw Jacob sitting by the window and writing in that journal of his. He hardly never put the journal down, and he barely spoke.

I sighed, looking forward as the bell rang, indicating the start of a long day. as soon as the teacher started to speak,I groaned. He had the most monotoned voice I ever heard. Kill me now! I layed my head on my desk, and zoned out until the bell rang. I jumped up,rushing to the door. This is going to be a very long day..

*Peyton's POV*

My day had gone well so far,and I've passed by Diggy and Rayan several times. Rayan's locker is right across from mine, and we have 2 classes together, but Diggy and I only have one. I passed Kristina earlier, and we both exchanged a few glares. I don't know what's with her. I've never done anything to her.

Anyway,I was now heading to lunch, and I went to my locker to get my sandwich and chips I bought. I saw Rayan getting his lunch from his locker too,and I smiled. "Wanna eat lunch together?" I asked, and he smiled, nodding. Good, because I didn't have anyone to eat with.

"Don't go to the lunchroom. Let's eat outside," he said, taking my hand and pulling me outside, where a couple of students occupied the benches and trees, silently enjoying their lunch. "Why don't you like eating inside?" I asked, looking at him as we sat down under a huge tree. He laid out his jacket for both of us to sit on and I opened my chips, looking at him. "Too many people. It's very loud, also. I hate it." He chuckled, looking at me and I smiled. "How has your day been so far?" He asked, looking down at his sandwich and taking a bite. "Eh. You know Diggy's girlfriend?" I asked, looking at him. He rolled his eyes a bit,"do I?" He said, and I laughed.

"She doesn't like me for some odd reason. I didn't do anything, but it's like she just can't stand my guts. I don't get it." I shrugged, taking a bite from my sandwich. "She's a bitch. Simple." He said, and we both chuckled. "I agree on that. But Diggy's such a nice guy,why her?" I said, raising my eyebrows. "She acts like a bitch, until she gets around him. Then she's an angel. I tried telling him once, but it's like he didn't even hear me talking." Ray said, shaking his head. "He'll learn one day.." I said, finishing up. When we heard the warning bell,we stood up,and he put his jacket back on. We threw our trash in the trash can that was beside the main doors and walked in,heading to our lockers once again.

I got my books out for the last period of the day,and we walked together to our next classes. When I reached mine,I waved. "See ya on the bus!" I said, smiling. He waved, smiling back as I entered the room. I noticed Kristina was in this class, and I mentally rolled my eyes. I sat as far as I could away from her the whole class period, waiting on the bell to ring so I could go home. The teacher droned on and on,and I felt as if I were gonna be sleep any minute now,but then the bell rang. I got up and ran to my locker, putting my books in it. I walked out to the bus load, hopping onto my bus and sitting beside Ray,who had saved a seat for me.

"Is it gonna be like this everyday?" I asked, groaning and resting my head on the back of the seat. He laughed and nodded. "Sucks." He said, and I giggled. "The days are so long. When I get home,I'm going straight to sleep." I said, but when we did get home,I did the exact opposite. Rayan walked into the kitchen, and made a big bowl of grapes while I walked up to my room, flopping down on the bed and throwing down my bookbag.

Seconds later,I heard the door open, but I didnt even move from the position I was in,head down on my pillows. I felt someone sit on my back, and I still didn't move. "If you're trying to wake me up,it's not gonna work." I groaned. I was then tickled on the back of my neck, and I moved around uncontrollably, laughing. "Fine!!" I whined, turning around and sitting up. Ray looked at me with innocent eyes, and grabbed the remote, flipping the tv on.

"What the hell,Ray?" I asked, tugging on one of his braids. "What? You thought this big 'ol bowl of grapes was just for me? Gurl bye!" He said in a ratchet tone, setting the grapes between us. "What do you want?" I said, giggling. He shrugged. "Company." He focused his attention on the tv and I turned and saw that he was watching The Conjuring. I smiled, taking a grape from the bowl. "I like this movie." I lay back on the bed, putting the bowl of grapes beside me. Ray lay back on the other side of the bowl, and we sat in silence. We watched movie after movie after movie, and we never spoke. It was a good silence, though. It was calming.

After a few movies,I felt myself dosing off to sleep, then all I remember after that is waking up the next morning with the blanket over me and Ray snoring beside me. I glanced at the clock and it read 4:20 am. An hour before I would have to start getting ready. I yawned, sitting up and sitting on Ray's back. He groaned, knocking me off and turning to the other side and going back to sleep. I shrugged, sitting on his back again, and he knocked me off again. "Let me sleep." He mumbled in the pillow, and I laughed. "You woke me up yesterday!" I protested. "But. That was yesterday. Its only 4:25 we don't have to be up until 5:30." He looked at me with tired eyes, and I still sat in my spot,my legs crossed.

"Wake. Up." I poked his cheek two times. He looked at me. "No." He turned and went to sleep once again. "You're only making this harder for yourself." I said, sitting on him again. He groaned, and I laughed. "Fine. I'm up." I got off of him and sat as I did before,my legs crossed. He slowly sat up,standing and making his way to the bathroom in the hallway. A few minutes later,he came back, sitting beside me. "What do you want?" He asked, looking at me. I shrugged. "Company." He chuckled. "Whatever." I giggled.

"No,but seriously. Let's make breakfast. For everyone." I said, taking his hand and dragging him out of the room. "I don't know how to cook!" He said, rolling his eyes. "Well,i'm going to teach you." I said, smirking. We walked into the kitchen. After various spills and a few batches of burnt food,we managed to make a large platter of pancakes, some bacon, and eggs. I clapped. "That wasn't so hard, now was it?" I said, smiling at him. He gave me a blank look, looking down at his pajamas. I saw the dried up pancake batter he had spilled earlier. I laughed, and he continued giving me a blank stare. "What?" I asked, still giggling. "You shouldn't be laughing. You have something in your hair!" He said, laughing. "No I d-" I started feeling around in my hair. "No,I dont,R-" before I knew it,Ray had cracked an egg, letting the yolk fall into my ponytail. I gaped at him. "What was that for?" I asked, and he bent over in laughter. "What was that for?" He mimicked, and I glared at him. "Clean this shit up yourself, then." I said, turning to go up the stairs since by now was the time to start getting ready. "Yo! Yo,chill. I'm sorry." He grabbed my arm,and I still glared at him. He looked serious at first, then started to laugh again. "You should've seen your face, though. 'What was that for?'" He mimicked again, and I grabbed a towel, smacking him with it. "Okay, okay!" He said, getting quiet. I laughed, and we started to quickly clean up the kitchen.

Afterwards,I went upstairs and showered, washing my hair in the process. I didn't have much time left,so I threw on a pair of jeans and an oversized shirt with my new Jordan's. My hair was still wet,so as I ran downstairs,I grabbed a towel, drying as much of it as I could. I grabbed a pancake and a piece of bacon and saw Ray waiting at the door for me,a smirk plastered on his face. "What's so funny?" I asked, throwing the towel on the table and grabbing my backpack from him. He shook his head, and I playfully rolled my eyes, trying to put my damp hair into a ponytail.

"Leave it wild. I like the curls." Ray said, looking at me. The bus pulled up,and I took the scrunchie off, putting it on my wrist and walking towards the bus. We sat down, and I laid my head on the back of the seat. Here we go! Another long day....
