(These will be flashbacks)
*Connor*
Connors POV
Running through the woods was the best time of my life. You always felt free and like you were running away from your problems. There was this treehouse that was in an old weeping willow that I go to everyday after school to do homework and relax. Today was different, when I got there someone else had found it, not just anyone, a girl.
"Um hey!" I say.
"Oh hi." She set down the notebook she was looking through, "I didn't notice anyone came up here."
"I come up here almost every day." I sas.
"Oh wow well sorry." She snapped back.
"Feisty." I tasted.
She laughed, "whatever."
She went to hop out the tree, "you don't have to go."
"I actually do, my sas tells me it's time for dinner." We laughed.
"Well tell your sas to come back tomorrow."
"She says maybe."
She winked and hopped out not bothering the ladder. She did come back, each and ever day. Then one day I decided to invite her over and she accepted.
"Who's this?" My mother asked while chopping carrots for the salad.
"This is Lyra, the one from the woods." I said.
"Oh hello Lyran." She shook her hand.
"It's Ly.." she tried.
"Are you staying for dinner?" My mother asked interrupting her.
"What are we having?" I asked.
"Fish." She continued chopping.
"Oh then no, I don't eat meat plus I'm allergic." She said rocking on her feet.
"Oh well dinners in 15." She smiled and Connor took my hand.
For that 15 minutes we sat in the backyard making flower crowns and she hopped over the fence and I didn't she her till the next day in the treehouse. This happened for months after months. She came over a few times and we spent most of the time outside or at her house. My mother didn't and still doesn't like her, she calls her forest girl or wild one. It was the best until she went to Texas for three months causing us to lose touch and during that time they tore down the weeping willow we called Angel, The Weeping Angel. It was hard but then we practically lived in the dent of the creek as we called it. She was so sweet and was the best, she has a great sense of humor and she was carefree but so loving and just full of life.

Trevors POV
"Wow." Is all I could make out.
Just as we were talking someone else came into the room.
"Connor?" He half asked half said.
"Hey Kian!" They did one of those bro hug type thing.
"Who's this?" The guy asked.
"I'm Trevor, Lyras roommate." We shook hands.
"I just got done explaining who I am to Ly." Connor sat back down.
"Can I go." He said sitting in a chair next to Connor.
They both sat so they can see my face, "sure!"

*Kian*
Kians POV
"Yo Kian!" Sam was walking towards me, with a girl.
"What's up bro!" I could tell she was confused by our handshake, "Who's this?"
"This is Lyra! She moved into the old Carson's house across the street a few weeks ago." Sam said putting his hand around her.
"Well I'm Kian." I shook her hand.
"You know my name," she embarrassingly smiled.
After that day we all acted like we have been friends for years. Next thing you knew we became that group and we were all proud. Penny boarding through the town and making weird little music videos that we swore never to show anyone. It was great but I knew she something was wrong and the necklace she never took off. It was amazing until she left for Minnesota two years later and we talked everyday, video chat, texting, calling everything. It was like she never even left. The one thing I so horribly missed was her falling off her penny-board every so often.

Trevor's POV
"We knew everything except this little detail." Kian said looking around the room.
"You two seem like family to her." I made out.
"We all are. She was so quiet and shy and why she kept moving we had no clue but we were glad, we got to meet her and she brought all of us together." Connor said.
"The person who means the most to her is Ricky." Kian said.
"How do you know?" I sat up straight.
"We know she loves us all so much but Ricky has been with her for as long as we all know." Connor mentioned.
"He knows?" I sort of say.
"About what?" Their voiced intertwine.
"The monster." I knew I shouldn't have brought it up.
"The only one apparently." Kian looks and moved to sit on the couch.
"How did you know?" Connor questioned.
"I have a ghost of my own." They looked sympathetic, I hate it, "don't take pity on my or I will leave."
We all laughed until another guy came in, "hey," He started then his eyes met mine, "Trevor?"
