BLANCA POV

It in times like this i love my room, it dark and cold just the perfect description of my heart, broken, cold and dark I hate all of them, I hate the media I thought of my TV in front of me immediately and there was a feeling in me that told me I will only be fulfilled if I smashed it.

As I was about to remove the covers from me and climb out of bed my door cracked and my mom pokes her head in my room

“Blanca dear! Oh my your room is so stuffy and dark” she said walking into the room,
“alright that enough sulking I will allow get up” next thing I heard and saw was the clicking of curtains and the blinding rays of sunshine.

“Ahhhhh……. Go away, its way too early” I moaned covering my head with the bedcover.

“Em… no it's not it 2pm and I am sick of the sulking, school will start soon and you can't ditch school like you do with your modelling career over a boy who does not give a damn” here we go again

“Mom…” I signed

“No Blanca, you better get up in three seconds or you know what will happen” Oh no did she just use the ‘beware’ tone on me,hell no she is she not going to….

there is a loud thud on the ground just before I could finish my thought I am thrown out of my bed to the soft but hard rug floor

“Yep she is serious” I said to my self.

“You have thirty minutes to get dressed and come down and have you breakfast/lunch we have an appointment with Dr Danielle….”

“What?! You told Dr Danielle?...”

“You left me no choice but to set an appointment I raised you to be a Godfearing daughter and I need her to get counsel from the right places besides I don't need to tell Danielle any thing I have the press to do that, get moving you twenty-eight minutes” she said as she slammed the door.

“Ahhhh……..” I screamed frustrated Dr Danielle is one of my favourite persons to talk to but the point is she is my pastor's wife and she didn't really like Miles I could still remember how she frowned her beautiful face when I told her about my relationship sure she tried to discourage me saying there was something about him that made her uneasy but I dated him and slowly she got used to it since he respected me and was a good support to me she was fine by it, but now I understood what she meant.

I came down stairs and followed the sweet aroma of pancakes to the kitchen where mom was munching on a delicious looking pancake with a plate of pancakes and fresh orange juice waiting for me, I sat and eat quietly “how I miss mom's cooking” I said inwardly as I took the first bite which appeared as a moan of satisfaction on outwardly.

Thirty minutes later we are on a mom's ride to see Dr Danielle,

“Mom why really did you make an appointment with Dr Danielle? Its kind of embarrassing”

“ what? Why will you think that my dear?”

“ because she was always against my relationship with Miles but I stubbornly went ahead with it,why go to her now she will be very disappointed” I pouted sadly, mom shakes her head in disagreement placing her hand on mine

“No sweetie, there is nothing disappointing about getting your heartbroken,it's a normal phase in life which will pass when you decide to get over it,there is no one who has not been heartbroken before, and the part about you disobeying is also normal you are a young adult, and teenagers and young adults tends to rebel to get there way or most times get attention, disobedience is a normal mistake we make these are things that make us human, even in the Bible King David disobeyed God when he realized his mistake he asked for forgiveness and turned away from his bad deeds and that is why he was the only one God called a man after his heart.

That is the most important thing realizing your mistake, and turning away from them.”

“OK mom” I said as i nodded in response.

“ Besides that is the number two step for recovering from heartbreak” she bring a notepad from her bag
“ Take your heartbreak to God, don't think of negative things, and what better way can we achieve this than a visit to the cheerful and warm woman of God Hallelujah! I'm already getting filled with the positive energy Dr Danielle carries and that is a check” she ticks the notepad I could help but smile,

Mom is right Dr Danielle is so full of positive vibes that it fills the room and everyone near her or anyone who thinks of her, sometimes it's like her vibes has a smell that woman is extra ordinary I tell you.

“Mom”

“Yes my dear”

“ Did you say that is step number two to recover from heartbreak?”

“Yes my dear we have to do this school is starting soon I don't want you walking around the university like a blue heartbroken zombie ,or worst sulking in your room when you are supposed to be in class,and besides its been long since we had a mother-daughter bon…..”

“Yea I get it mom,but my question is what is the step number one then”

“Oh..., look here it is” she showed me the notepad,she has already ticked the box,using her pen to trace as she read
“ Face your heart break head on,you are sad and hurt so let it out don't hide or conceal it,go to a good friend,cry let it out allow yourself to feel human” she smiles at me as she finish reading i returned it she came to me as my best friend, she provided a shoulder to cry on, she was there for me

“Thank you mom I love you” i kissed  her cheeks and gave her a huge just as Justin mom's driver pulled over at Dr Danielle office.

“ we are here ma’am” Justin said interrupting our moment.

“Thank you Justin” she said with a smile then she turned to me “Let go baby girl don't want to keep Dr Danielle waiting”.

OK here is another update I know it been a while and I'm very sorry I have been extremely busy and to top it up I have been having some problems with my phone which I use to update my stories so I have not been about to update my stories or cover page this I apologize for once the matter is resolved I promise to update more frequently.
