A couple months had passed and the newlyweds were now home and were in the process of buying that perfect house and now were just a phone call away from making it their's. Also, they had been trying for the baby that they had talked about too.
"Hey honey, are you okay? You look a little pale," Barry asked worriedly one morning.
"Yeah, I'm fine..." Caitlin replied then she wretched and ran to the bathroom to throw up. "Okay, maybe not so fine," she finished when she finished throwing up. "I'm gonna do a pregnancy test, I'll be out in a minute," she continued. Barry nodded and kissed her head before walking out the bathroom and waited outside for her to come out.
After a couple minutes, she walked out and they lay in wait for the results. A few minutes later, she returned and they waited for the results hand in hand until they came through.
"I'm pregnant!" she exclaimed as she walked out of the bathroom after checking the results.
"Really!" he replied happily.
"Yes, you goof! We're gonna be parents!" she teased with glee and ran into his arms for a hug and a kiss. "I love you, Barry," she whispered, smiling as he uttered the words.
"I love you too, Cait," he replied, leaning in to kiss her again.

A couple of hours had passed, and they had spent the time cuddling and talking about their baby that will be born in around about nine months.
"It's amazing, we're gonna have a baby. Our own little baby, our child," Caitlin commented, almost in disbelief.
"I know and we get to meet him or her in nine months," Barry replied. "Do you think we'll have a baby boy or girl? Do you want to find out before or wait until she's born?" he continued.
"I don't know but I feel like I might die of anticipation if we wait to find out. I already want to know. I feel like it's going to eat me up inside if I don't find out. Plus, if we find out before he or she is born we can think about names," she smiled thinking about their little bundle of joy that was on the way. It was so much better knowing that in nine months it'll actually be happening rather than just talking about it.
Just then their phone rang.
"I'll get it," barry said, kissing Caitlin's cheek then going to the phone. "Yes, that's me. That's great, when can we move in. Sounds good. Thank you, bye," he hung up then turned to his wife who watching from the sofa. "Our offer on the house has been accepted. We can move in as soon as we like,"
"That's great! Just in time for the baby!" she smiled then stood up and kissed him once again. It looked like everything in their life together was starting to go perfectly and the future was bright for them. Their own house and baby all in one day. Things could only get better from here...

A week has passed and it is their first appointment with the doctor.
"Okay, Mrs Allen. Let's take a look at baby," the doctor smiled and put the gel on her stomach. "This is a little cold," she warned and Caitlin shivered with the gel's contact with her skin."There we go. There's your baby... Wait, a second. I believe that's two babies. It looks like you've got twins," she said, just then there was the sound of not one but two steady heartbeats and the happy couple almost cried.
"We have two little babies," Caitlin whispered and squeezed Barry's hand.
"Yeah and they are going to be the most beautiful things in the universe. Aside from you of course," he replied, kissing her head.
Yeah, things could only get better from here...
